I waited 30 mins after placing an online order. I come to find out that my sandwich is just meat and bread, they forgot the veggies and sauces for both sandwiches. Luckily I was able to catch that and return inside for them to fix it. I am not sure what was going on between the two individuals working that day, however I will not be returning to this location despite its convenient location .Also they don't accept mailed coupons.

Heather and her fellow associate that worked tonight provided grade a customer service. Prompt, courteous, and paid great attention to detail. Its the only subway that I patronize in the area. Dont waste your time with any of the others drive a few extra minutes and have an experience and not just a food transaction, it will be worth it I promise. Day or night shift☺️

I just ordered from here, I was contemplating to order from here or Jersey Mike's, I opted here because it was cheaper and they had a bogo on the foot long, but I guess you get what you pay for I did not enjoy my sub at all. The bread was not fresh very hard like it had been toasted but who toast bread for a cold cut but it was crumbling up and very hard, I like most people enjoy their bread soft and fresh even a sub roll can be somewhat soft. Eating this crumbs were all over the place. Not enjoyable at all.

I wanted a hot sandwich. Person said he could heat it. Got a cold sweet onion chicken sandwich. Only tomato, but I told him all the vegetables. I ate it bc hungry but very disappointed. This maybe why I haven't been back for years.

One good employee. The other 4 were lost, the gal that made this must have been new and clearly never made a sandwich before in her life. From mangling the bread to not knowing the ingredients or ltheir locations, getting her glove stuck inside and unable to close it.Sorry but an all around 2 experience.

Great customer service. Ordered a couple of subs online without any sauce. Jimmy (best ever) called me to make sure I did not miss an ingredient. When I picked up the subs, he still asked me to make sure. JIMMY you killed it! Thats why I love this location!

I stopped by to get a footlong sub for my husband. Most of the others close at 9pm one even closed earlier at 8:30. So when I saw this one was open til 10 I jumped on it. I called them to confirm first. When I got there the gentleman behind the counter was very nice and very helpful in deciding what to get for my husband. When I got home I explained what I did and my husband said it was a great sandwich!!

I visited Subway and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the staff lacked any sense of professionalism or knowledge about their own menu.To begin with, the portion of cold cut in my sandwich was shockingly inadequate. As a frequent customer, I know what a proper portion should look like, and this was clearly only half of what it should have been. It seemed as if the staff were either oblivious to the standard serving size or intentionally skimping on ingredients.Moreover, the quality of the food was abysmal. The cold cut meats were not only insufficient, but they were also freezer-burnt and tasted unpleasant. It was evident that they had been stored poorly and lacked freshness. The vegetables were carelessly thrown onto the sandwich.

What's going on here ? This is a violation. The woman that prepared my sandwich was amazing and the food was goodThat woman being on the phone while customers are ordering. She seems to be angry after I said the sandwich is good thank youHuge issue and food is left out and not the right temperature ?️ will make it spoil
