Placed an online order and the guy made 2 completely different sandwiches than what I ordered. On top of the fact they never have more then 1 employee. Horrible experience.

I had gone in , only one person was doing their late night shift and it took very long, but I'm not gonna complain about that too much cause only one person was serving me and I just ordered a foot-long cookie and the cookie was burnt and he was using the same gloves that he used to make this other people sandwich to take the money, and the place was overall dirty and unclean

I was the only person in the place, the man started my sandwich, about 1/2 way thru he stopped making mine and started on another person's who has just walked in. I had to wait for him to make hers all the way up to where I was before he would start on mine again apparently because he only wanted to use the register once for both of us very displeased. Should actually finish with one customer before starting with another. I almost walked out without the sandwich because I was so offended.

Talia was a big help tonight when the other subway couldn't make my online order do to the lack of ingredients and I had to drive the opposite direction to get to this subway. I got there 15 min before closing. So thank you so much ?

All Subway franchises should indicate on their website as well as their Google map ad that they do not accept Subway Coupons. I drove 25 min to this location and I was told they don't accept Subway Coupons.

I ordered food because Google says they close at 10. I’ve been waiting since 9 and they’re not even open and it’s now 9:58pm. Why does the website and the door say 10pm but they’ve locked up and left long before 10pm!

Customer service was horrible. Mary who was our server didn't even speak when my family and I entered. We waited for a good 6 minutes while she switched the breads in the oven. Her approach then was " how many sandwiches ". I said Good morning and she then replied "how many sandwiches ". Another lady walked in shortly after who then waited then proceeded to leave venue. A good morning will go along way. Then the wait for her to switch the breads was beyond me.

CJ has always hooked me up with amazing service. His sanitation practice is obsolete. I notice he changes his gloves when transitioning from the cash register back to my food. 100% best service of any Subway.
