I hate leaving bad reviews, but after this experience, there's no way i wouldn't. I ordered online, and after noticing our order was missing a few things, we went back to get it corrected. The items were added to the sandwich. But that wasn't my biggest issue. It's that our sandwiches were not toasted. The girl insisted she toasted it and wouldn't remake it. She claims the store did not have a "new" toaster like the other stores, so the sandwiches don't appear as done. The meat on both sandwiches were completely cold, as well as the outside of the sandwich and cheese wasn't even slightly melted. Believe me, it wasn't toast and not safe to eat, especially since I'm pregnant. Since the meat wasn't properly warmed, this contaminated the ingredients inside, so it's not like i could just heat it up myself. Subway was the only few sandwich places i would have just because of the toasted option, but after this experience, I won't ever have it again, even after I'm through my pregnancy.

Worst experience at a subway ever!!! My sandwiches were nasty and made poorly and person couldn’t follow simple instructions and couldn’t offer a solution to why I got served trash being I was the only customer at this store In last hour.. Don’t recommend for anyone to eat at this store.

This place was dirty. They didn’t have anything fresh, the employees are just out right disrespectful. They don’t offer any specials. Just a heads up if you want a refund you have to wait 24 hrs because the employees claim they cannot do it. During my visit there was no bread , no tomatoes and no ice. worst subway ever! Oh and they are over priced!!!!

I ordered a cold cut combo which was good. But the girl didn't tell me when I ordered a medium drink that the ice machine and soda fountain were out of order. On top of that, my total was so many dollars and like eleven cents. I handed her a twenty and as she began to count coins I said "oh! Here I have the eleven cents. " Gave her the eleven cents and she shorted me a dollar. I let it go and went to get my drink. Well, that's when I decided to leave a review.

I get to subway at 8:25 it’s a guy in there with the door lock and he is putting up the food when the sign say that it don’t close until 9pm. Is this normal?

Went in to get a Chicken-Bacon Racnch footlong on herbs & cheese, toasted with some veggies. The sandwhich was pretty good which is why they arent getting 1 star. It could of been warmed up longer but the employee had her headphones in, talking on the phone so she didnt hear me ask her to warm it up again. Then she just started upselling me on the usual drinks and chips, which is fine because that is what I wanted to get as well.At that point, she had asked what veggies I wanted so I didnt bother asking for it to be heated again, told her what I wanted and got that taken care of.Then I asked about the footlong pretzels they have now to get one, confirmed with her which one it was by pointing to it on the picture board. She brought it out to me on the prep trays that they make the food on, asking if that was what I was talking about. I confirmed again and then she took it to the back and heated it up in the microwave I assume. I heard some noise and then a beeping like it was done. She brought it back to me bagged up with the sandwich, and I paid for my food, and drinkI went to fill up with ice and there was none in the machine. I asked her and then she brought me a scoop of ice with the metal scoop that they use to get it out of the ice maker, that only filled a quarter of my cupI then filled it with Dr pepper and leftWhen I got home, the Dr pepper was completely flat. Which I didnt think it would be since it seemed to be carbonated when I was filling it up.The pretzel was ice cold, with no salt on it, and didnt have any dipping sauce to go with it, which was also misleading since the picture shows a sauce with it.The sandwich was good, just not as warm as I wanted it to be, but I still finished it.This is the worst experience I have had there and I wont be returning to this one anymore. I am surprised it has survived this long since it never has any people in there besides the one employee that is working

Bread was baked too fast and shrunk. Should have never been served. The sandwich was tiny and nowhere near the size of a regular footlong.

This is the first time I've visited this subway location and it's performance is what I expect. I was not disappointed this one time and this review is for the subway location in side of Walmart in Arlington tx on high way 287 and little road.

$11 for a 6" multi grain bun with just turkey and cheddar cheese, nothing else. This was my first trip to Subway in over 20 years, and it will be my last.

There was no one in the store when I entered , I asked for a salad. I noticed there were only a couple of tomatoes left so I asked her if she had any fresh tomatoes. So she did get the fresh tomatoes. she went into the freezer with the gloves on that she was preparing my food with so when she came back, she began to prepare my food without changing her gloves again after touching a contaminated surface she got upset because I asked her to change her gloves , but she changed them. She began preparing my salad by putting the lettuce into the container. I noticed a couple of brown pieces. I asked her if she could remove those at that point she got upset she said that I was doing too much that I was giving her anxiety and I needed to leave her store. She stated that she is the manager and reserves the right to decline my services. And I only wanted my food correct and clean, but I was asked to leave. I also recorded most of this. I wish I could post the video. I remained calm, she became irate and irritated. I waited for her boss that she said was otw, but I was greeted by her boyfriend. He asked me if I had a problem with his girlfriend?!!!? I spoke to him about the situation (I didn’t have to) and after listening he appeared to understand. However her calling him, this situation could have gone so wrong for him and possibly me n it all would have been her fault. She played the victim and knew she was in the wrong the entire time. Btw her boss did show up who I spoke with also. She was professional, listened to my story, apologized for the situation and sent me on my way. Still no salad tho?

Extremely poor customer service. I gave this establishment several chances and they continue to disappoint. The first occurrence the young lady who prepared my sandwich not only coughed around my food while preparing it, but insisted that I did not need to have my sandwich toasted because the meatballs were already hot. Now the food preparer gives their personal advice on how your food should be made. She failed to change her plastic gloves after touching the register and preparing the food. The second occurrence I placed a mobile order online 15 minutes prior to arriving and was asked to wait an additional 10 minutes. I asked for a refund and the cashier instructed me to request a refund through the app. I probably won’t even try any other subway at this point. Would not recommend! -10 stars
