I was led to believe that my bill was only going to be atleast $160 a month I got my first bill which was only $70 but something didn’t seem right I then got a bill for $310.00 for both lines I’m very upset. I was told over the phone that I got charged extra charges

I went in. There were a lot of people in the store. I started to leave and come back later, but I decided to look around. There were several employees, and I didn't have to long, maybe 10 minutes. The associate who helped me was fast, efficient, and personable. I paid a bill and bought a 45W charging cable. I love it, I can charge my phone in 1/2 the time.

Employees were rude about the encounter. I had a warranty claim that said I should pick up the phone at the store. The personal at the store did not even look at the claim and just said I should make an insurance claim. The employee Jose at the store talk to the manager and dismissed us.

Good coverage but way overpriced and they don't seem to care about retaining customers. I was with them for a long time and I feel like they just took it for granted that I wouldn't leave. My opinion is that when it comes to pricing Spectrum wins hands down.

Not complaining about the store but there service in this area sucks I live in 76120 and I can never use my phone Internet or call without being cut off multiple times and keep in mind I have been struggling since August 2022 and made multiple tickets still they do nothing and I pay 46$ per line for a line a barely use

CHASEE!! Chase Perez is a beyond excellent employee! ASK FOR CHASE!!!! Yesterday he helped me open a phone plan and explained every plan and what it came with. He saw I was very upset about not recovering my information (I got upset a few times) and EACH TIME and he handled it with care causing me to calm down and relax ! Always had a smile on his face ! Initiated conversation as we waited for the phone to connect !The best customer service! Very polite in saying "my pleasure" and other comments he made ! I couldnt explain enough how helpful he was to me ! My parents have been with tmobile for over 10 yrs which is why I wanted to open a plan here and I do not regret it ! I will definitely recommend this store to all of my friends/relatives ! Good customer service = 1000x more customers! Thank you Chase & Tmobile !

This is by far the best T Mobile experience I have had. I went in to store to add a new line and a specific phone that I wanted before Thanksgiving. Chase and Anthony looked up other locations to see who had the phone as their location didn’t have in stock. The manager Austin called the location that was 40 minutes one way to verify it was the color and storage sized I wanted and went to get it while the team helped with paperwork and setup. This was the best t mobile by far. Thanks

My T Mobile sim stopped working and Aaliyah at the store was really helpful and very patient in handling my case and resolved the issue within minutes. Great job ! Good customer service by her. Really appreciate it. If you enter the store ask for Aaliyah. Wonderful person.

I am changing phone service t mobile lie to customers I got over 100 dropped calls evey few days I have reported this and they claim I am on air plain mod I never fly I called store and they are very rude I a. Going to a better phone company besuccause t-mobile sucks
