I've always had good customer service here but I don't understand how they could say they have good prices when I can find better deals on Amazon and eBay for new textbooks and school supplies. Unless you're rich I would recommend buying textbooks on eBay.

Everything was okay but please update your hours on the website. Some nontraditional students aren't here during the morning and having accurate hours is important

I came in today to check it out, as it’s my first year, and the customer service was impeccable. The lady working was very nice and welcoming, and we had a very nice conversation as i was exploring the store. I will definitely be coming back!
