When I need fuel, I want to scan my card, pump gas, get my receipt and be on my way. I hate pulling up to pumps, opening my tank, only to discover it’s prepay only. Why wasn’t it marked like this, so I would know to just avoid this pump? No, I’m not happy to wait in line to prepay. No, I’m not happy to wait in line again to get my receipt, because they never bothered to replace the paper spool. No, I’m not happy to drive back around and search for a pump that’s ready to do business. I make a point of writing negative reviews for gas stations that pull this stunt. When management assures me they will be more upfront and diligent, then I will likely upgrade my review score.

Store was closed so the clerk could take a lunch break. Not sure why there’s only 1 person working and why the gas station closes during mid day, but lost at least 4 peoples business just when I was there for 3 minutes. Very stupid.
