BUYER BEWARE!! I have a fridge in my kitchen that didn’t last 30 days!!!! I didn’t get the 800$ extended warranty and lo and behold less than 30 days and it’s dead!!!!

Edward was awesome! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with! We found appliances last May, but we weren't ready to buy. When we went back in January, Edward helped us again. He got us a good deal on the refrigerator and found us another dishwasher that fit our requirements. Can't say enough good things about Edward. We will be back for mattress and/or microwave!And now we got a new Temerpedic mattress with a movable bed and frame. Again, Edward was a great sales person. And Freddy and Carlos were super excellent and helpful with the installation and working of the bed, showing us how to lift the foot and head of the bed! Thanks to everyone at Texas Appliance.

I was helping an elderly friend buy a washing machine. We went to the Texas Appliance store on I-20 in Arlington yesterday and Jose waited on us, but we were unsure what to get for my friend. We went to Home Depot today and found a machine she liked, but we didn’t like the sales person. So we went back to Texas Appliance in Arlington today. Jose wasn’t in, but Renee Scott was. I’m so glad she waited on us! I can’t recommend Renee enough! She was fantastic to work with! We showed her the machine my friend liked at Home Depot and Renee was able to find one just like it that was perfect. It wasn’t in stock, but Renee was able to order it! My friend and I were thrilled with the service we received! So if you go to Texas Appliance in Arlington, make sure to ask for Renee Scott! You won’t be sorry because she is the best!

I have bought various appliances from Texas Appliance over the past 20 years and have always been satisfied. Jeff Allen, our sales person, had just the right amount of information and enthusiasm for the products we reviewed. Then he left us alone for a time so that we could talk and make up our minds. Looking forward to our new refrigerator.Manny, who came to measure to be sure that our newly purchased microwave/oven built in would fit was very professional and helpful. We look forward to having the unit installed, and expect that the installer will be equally pleasant to work with. Renee was our salesperson and very helpful, knowledgeable about product, and pleasant.
