I have been going here to manage my mom's accounts. I LOVE this office and staff. They know our circumstances and are always willing to go the extra steps to meet and exceed my needs. I know many of the staff by name and they know me. I can't express my gratitude for the patience, care , and concern they have given to me during a very difficult time. We have had accounts here since they first opened in G P.

Don't call the customer support phone number. I've been on hold for 7 minutes now and still going with no help because this automated system is of little to no assistance. It's ridiculous that a question I could have easily had answered directly by the bank location has no phone number available except this automated phone line when I now live 2 states away and cannot easily access an in-person location.

Had a lease through D&M that was administered by them. worst service I have ever experienced. They could never even answer the simplest questions. I terminated my lease solely because of the collections department at TTCU and their inept business practices. Avoid if at all possible!!!!

I am truly disappointed with the way the telephones are handled. I needed to send a family member emergency money and got a decline.when I had MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. I called the 800# and had to wait 30 minutes to speak with someone (on a Monday, not a holiday), and the customer service agent could not help me and told me I would need to call my bank. Now, I am currently out of town and unable to get to my bank in person. My in-bank offices experiences are very, very good; however, one cannot get to your bank personnel if you don't know there names. You remain in VOICE MAIL JAIL...no way out. I have my money in my account and it should be available to me without waiting 30+ minutes to talk with a customer service agent, WHO COULD NOT HELP ME. She told me I would have to call my bank...there we go VOICE MAIL JAIL. It would be nice if I could get MY MONEY without waiting 30 + minutes and actually get help. DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY TEXAS TRUST HANDLES ITS TELEPHONE ADMINISTRATION ... CALLING ME A VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND I CAN'T GET MY MONEY FOR AN EMERGENCY WHILE OUT OF TOWN! BIG BIG BIG BUMMER!!!!!!!!!!

This review is for Texas Trust and there customer service when trying to reach them by phone. I had a check compromised when the auto bill pay company was burglarized. I have tried calling Texas Trust to get a stop payment on the check but you can never get a human to pick up the phone. This is horrific customer service. and Texas Trust should have as many people as it takes to provide good service in a reasonable amount of time.

HORRIBLE front desk customer service!!! No one cared to greet me upon entering. The front desk lady was incredibly rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience to her! Linda Q is a terrible receptionist! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had an issue with a check recently and needed a resolution. I don’t remember the lady I talked to, maybe Jillian… she was so incredibly rude to me and lied to me about how to get the check deposited saying I would have to take off work, lose income, and then get another check made to fix this.Jessica on the phone line helped me within one day, was extremely professional and got my issue solved while being sympathetic and kind.The way I was treated in person at Little road caused me to become angry and walk out almost without my license. I even went over to Chase to see how to change my banks. I chose not to. I hope nobody is ever dehumanized the way Jillian did to me again at this location. This needs to be addressed.
