I have had a wonderful experience here with my two kids. The teachers genuinely love children and I've never had to worry about my kids during the day. Melissa and Lyanne are awesome admin and super friendly as well. Access to cameras is a huge plus too. I highly recommend this location!

My son has been going to Children's Courtyard for the past 6 years and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! Since he's started, the entire staff has become a second family for us! They offered so many extra programs during early preschool and preschool levels that prepared him for Kindergarten. Ms. Melissa & Ms. Lyanne are doing a wonderful job as directors as well has the stuff including Ms. Gwen, Ms. Erica, Ms. Josie, and Ms. Alexis.

We absolutely love The Children’s Courtyard! From the moment we walked in(2022), we felt welcomed, supported, and confident in the care our child would receive. Ms. Melissa and Ms. Lyanne, the directors, go above and beyond every single day. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for the children shine through in everything they do. They’ve created an environment that feels like a second home—safe, nurturing, and filled with positivity. Communication is always clear, and they truly listen to families. Knowing our child is in such good hands gives us peace of mind, and we’re so thankful to be part of this amazing daycare community.

My son didn’t even make it to enrollment because the director was very unprofessional . which i should’ve know better from hearing my niece arm was pull out of socket from a teacher who didn’t know proper protocol when a kid is snatching away. Also after talking to some parents i learned there’s no consistency with staff due to lack of professionalism.I would not recommend this location until staff have better training pricing was mis quoted multiple times then when asked for director was advised i wouldn’t do that just all around unprofessional from director and i can only imagine the staff glade I dodged a bullet I did talk to Denise but will still be calling corporate and others regarding my matter!!!

My boys have been there for 4 years they were ready for Kindergarten, and have the best time in thier summer camp! Some of the best teachers and caregivers I have ever seen! Thier manager truly cares for these kids!

My son has been attending this school for almost a month and he absolutely loves it. The staff is super amazing and the teachers are definitely well trained when it comes to caring for children. This summer has been the best for my 8 yr old. The field trips have really been the best thus far. The school is clean and everyone is so friendly. This was a great decision.

My baby girl has been going to CCY for over a year now & not only does she absolutely love it there but so do I as well as our family !!! The directors are amazing and so are all the teachers I have met so far and that have had my baby in their class !!! They treat her with genuine love, care and most importantly PATIENCE !!! Not to mention the curriculum that they have for the kids there is outstanding !!! My daughter is only 2 and started going here when she was 10 or 11 months old and has learned sooo much it’s mind blowing !!! I most definitely recommend this daycare for anyone who is looking !!! They have cameras for the parents who’s nerves will be wrecked because it’ll be a new experience for you all ( that was us at first lol ) and we all have our fears but when I tell you THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOUR KIDDO(S) TO BE , I mean it !!! My baby girl is absolutely here to stay until she ages out !!! So if you’re looking for a sign let this be it , REGISTER THEM KIDS HUNTY LOL YOU AND YOUR KIDS WILL DEFINITELY LOVE IT HERE !!! Drop them off and have your mind at ease , they’re going to make sure your child(ren) are well taken care of and they also do a very good job with COMMUNICATION , in person and through an app they offer for those who not only want to see their kid(s) on camera but they also provide daily updates !!! You not only watch your kiddo(s) but can also communicate with the teachers , directors as well as get all the updates regarding the daycare as a whole (e.i. Events, holidays, etc.) all through the app !!! It’s soooo much more positive things I can say about this daycare but I’ll be writing a book lol . REGISTER REGISTER REGISTER and you will not regret it !!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. But where to begin? I would be writing a novel if I wrote every bad experience I had working here. The teachers are some of the rudest and cattiest women I’ve ever been around in my life. Melissa is amazing and should be running that place. But heather so help me God… I hope you read this. To any current or future parents enrolling their children there; yes she seems super friendly at the door. Trust me when I say this woman is the WORST boss I’ve ever and probably will ever have. I transferred to this location from a different location and during the process, even my former boss said she was completely rude and was concerned for me about transferring. I should have listened. But that is an understatement to what this woman put me through. I had a medical emergency and she pretty much told me to stick it out and come to work although I had a doctors note explaining the need for me to be on bed rest. She is self centered, self absorbed, she gossips about parents and also about employees to fellow employees and I caught her doing this multiple times. She has a downright awful and disgusting attitude but when you give it back or contradict her in any way or prove when she’s wrong, she writes you up. Even her boss knows it and called her out on it in front of me. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There’s a couple good teachers there but I’ve seen some be downright abusive to the children. Steer clear from this place. I’ve been working with children for over 15 years and this is without a doubt the worst facility I’ve ever been in.

Ms Melissa & Ms Heather are so nice & friendly when we walk in in the morning and always helpful when I call! The teachers my children have are great with them too. If you’re looking for a new place to enroll your kiddo, I would recommend this one for sure!

After months of rumination I finally decided to switch my son from his current day care to one that I thought would be more education centric and structured. I was a little off put during the tour, which was my 2nd tour of that facility but under new management. There were mishaps including changing start dates due to staffing and misplaced paperwork which should have been indicative of an issue to start. My son started and 2 hours into day 2 I was asked to pick him up as they were having trouble controlling him. My son is 3. I am not going to argue that, based on my experience to that point he was not going back. My issue is that I was promised a refund and here 2 months later I still have not received that. I have called I feel enough to have this accomplished by now. So in my opinion either the company had no intention of issuing the refund or they are not organized enough to make sure that it gets done.

I had to pull my daughter from this location a few months ago because all we ever had was issue, with the teachers and the new director. She was constantly complaining to us about our daughter not taking naps. Saying it was required by law. She even wrote her up for it. She is at a new location and has not had a single problem there. I don’t appreciate teachers constantly yelling at my child. It is apparent that these people have no patients for children and they should not be working with them.

Love this place. My granddaughter has been attending for two years now, since she was two. I can't say enough good things about Nicole, Josie, and Jasmine - my granddaughter absolutely loves them. The site is secure, clean and well-run, and Toni and Ivony are very approachable and efficient. The entire staff is engaged and interested. A number of the staff have had conversations with us about my granddaughter's progress and are clearly motivated and driven by these kids. Extracurricular programs are well-promoted and managed. For a six-week period, my grandaughter attended a different daycare center to accommodate a change in my daughter's location, but as nice as the other site was, she was happy to get back to the Children's Courtyard at Matlock Rd. I highly recommend the staff and location.

My daughter has been in this school since she was four months, she is now three years old. I’ve had a wonderful experience from day one with Ms. Kim in the infant room who is an absolutely sweetheart you can tell she absolutely LOVES what she does. To right now with Ms. Nichole and Ms. Josie, they really came through with Potty Training and helping my daughter be more in control of herself. The new director Tonie with Ivonny really helped to provide direction, motivation and structure to the school, curriculum and the teachers. Best of all they created a culture of respect, love and warm family like environment. I can’t speak to how things were three or four years ago, but this is what I experience day in and day out now. My daughter loves going to school and even makes sure to seek out her old teachers like Ms. Jasmine just to give her a hug.
