Great selection of gear, but the prices are outrageous. I am not talking a little higher, I am saying they are double or triple the normal cost of stuff anywhere else. They must cater to businesses with accounts who just charge off their supplies and deduct it on their taxes.

Staff here is super friendly and helpful. Love shopping this place for travel and office items. Tons of items you never knew you needed! They had Tech Taffy this trip. Great stuff!

My husband and I just had a new closet put in. We went to the Container Store to design it. They designed it, put it in the place and it is wonderful. It exceeded our expectations. Everyone was professional. The designer came to the house made sure every detail was correct. The installation crew was wonderful. We could not be any happier. I would recommend CONTAINER STORE to anyone wanting to enhance, their home. STEPHANIE was. Lifesaver. She had all the ideas and suggestions that were just out of my reach. Wonderful job, Stephanie.

I have been buying products from this store for years. I went in to buy the Caraway baking set from there to use gift cards plus cash. I wanted the Sage green but could not order it with different cards. Miranda the manager got involved and let me tell you she is amazing. She was determined to find a solution to make this happen. I have been in sales over 30 years and it is rare to see that kind of customer service any more. She went above and beyond to make it happen. I can't wait to get my bakeware set in Sage! Thank you Miranda for making me soo happy and for making me believe that there is still amazing customer service out there. To corporate office of The Container Store she is an outstanding employee in my eyes and knows the true meaning of what customer service is. Thank you Fidelia Escalon.
