I am a wedding planner and this venue is absolutely STUNNING!!! From a planning perspective, the staff was organized, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the venue’s natural beauty made the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable day. I can’t wait to work here again!

Miranda and Amanda were so helpful in preparing our dream wedding at The Springs in Arlington. Their kind reminders for important tasks and deadlines helped us in the midst of all the planning and their support and genuine desire to make this a beautiful for moment for us stood out. The venue itself was wonderful. Easy to locate and get to, large halls, so many spots for beautiful photos. While on the highway, it still felt secluded. Thank you for making this a spectacular wedding!

We just wanted to thank you all for allowing us to celebrate our special day at your venue. Even with the poor weather, we still managed to pull off an amazing day! Our families coming in from all over had the best time as well. We appreciate your help as we had ZERO experience going into this wedding planning process, so we are forever grateful. We knew this place was going to be perfect for us the minute we walked in for our tour, and now we have so many beautiful memories to share.

We hosted our wedding shower here and it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a gorgeous interior that made our celebration feel so special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making us feel welcome and valued from the moment we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting, and everything was exactly what we envisioned for our special day! If you're looking for a venue that combines elegance, exceptional service, and a breathtaking atmosphere, this is the place. Highly recommend and will be coming back for future celebrations!!

I attended my friend’s wedding at this venue and immediately upon arrival all I could hear was water profusely leaking from the ceiling right in the front!!
None of the staff tried to accommodate this with agility, it was the wedding guest who were scrambling everywhere trying to resolve the problem!
I understand things can happen but No one should have to experience this in a professional venue. And this is not the experience a wedding party should encounter on such a special day! The party had to walk in and stand in water which is completely unacceptable!
Give my friends their money back!!!

As the aunt of the groom, I was incredibly disappointed and heartbroken watching The Springs Venue in Arlington completely fail my nephew and his bride on their wedding day. A wedding is supposed to be a beautiful, well-organized event, but instead, this venue created unnecessary stress, frustration, and problems that could have easily been avoided with better management and preparation.
Unacceptable Issues That Should Never Happen at a Wedding Venue:
❌ Flooded Ceremony Space – A pipe burst in the ceremony area, flooding the aisle where the wedding party was supposed to stand. Instead of stepping in to fix the problem immediately, the venue staff took their time, and the groom’s own family had to grab trash cans and mops to clean up the mess. Bridesmaids had to stand in water during the ceremony! That is completely unacceptable and showed a total lack of preparedness.
❌ Bathrooms Were Shut Down – Because of the flooding, the venue had to close the bathrooms, forcing guests to walk across the property just to find a restroom. This was a huge inconvenience, especially for elderly guests and those with mobility issues. A wedding venue should be prepared for emergencies, not scrambling last-minute with no plan.
❌ Freezing Cold Groom’s Suite – When we arrived, the groom’s suite was only 59 degrees, making it extremely uncomfortable for the groom and groomsmen. The venue was supposed to be climate-controlled, but clearly, it wasn’t. When my nephew asked staff to turn up the heat, they only raised it by 2 degrees (to 61), which made little difference. He had to ask AGAIN before they made a real adjustment. This is something that should have been handled before guests even arrived.
❌ Loose Floorboards Were a Tripping Hazard – At the wedding rehearsal on Wednesday, the bride and groom alerted the venue about loose floorboards that were a safety concern. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue right away, they ignored it until the day of the wedding and then tried to glue them down at the last minute. This is completely unacceptable for a venue that is supposed to specialize in hosting weddings.
❌ Electrical Outlets Didn’t Work – Several outlets in the bridal and groom’s suites didn’t work, making it difficult for the wedding party to get ready.
Despite all these major failures—flooding, closed bathrooms, freezing temperatures, and safety hazards.
The Venue however stood by their name and worked with my nephew and niece afterward.

I was honored to be a bridesmaid in my sister's wedding at The Springs Venue in Arlington, but what should have been a perfect and stress-free day turned into one problem after another due to the venue’s negligence and lack of preparation. From flooding in the ceremony space to freezing temperatures in the bridal suite, the venue completely failed to provide the professional experience they promised.
Major Issues That Should Never Happen at a Wedding Venue:
❌ Flooded Ceremony Space – A pipe burst in the ceremony area, flooding the aisle where the bridal party had to stand. Instead of handling the situation properly, the venue staff took their time responding, and family members had to step in with trash cans and mops to try to control the water. Several of us had to stand in water during the ceremony! That is completely unacceptable.
❌ Bathrooms Were Shut Down – Due to the flooding, the venue had to close the bathrooms, forcing guests to walk across the property just to find a working restroom. There was no proper backup plan in place, which made the situation even worse.
❌ The Bridal Suite Was Freezing – The bridal suite was only 59 degrees when we arrived, and despite being told the venue was climate-controlled, it clearly was not. The bride had to ask staff TWICE to turn up the heat because the first time, they only increased it by 2 degrees (to 61), which did nothing. A wedding venue should never have an issue like this, especially when they already knew it was a problem.
❌ Loose Floorboards Were a Safety Hazard – At the wedding rehearsal on Wednesday, the bride and groom pointed out loose floorboards that were a tripping hazard. Instead of fixing them immediately, the venue ignored the issue until the wedding day and then tried to glue them down at the last minute. A wedding venue should proactively handle safety concerns—not ignore them until it’s too late.
❌ Electrical Outlets in the Bridal Suite Didn’t Work – Several outlets in the bridal suite weren’t functional, making it difficult for the bridal party to get ready. This is basic venue maintenance that should never be an issue.
The Venue’s Response Was Completely Inadequate
After all these major failures—flooding, closed bathrooms, freezing temperatures, and safety hazards—the venue’s only response was to offer an extra hour of time. That is nowhere near enough to make up for the stress, frustration, and chaos they caused on what should have been a beautiful day.
Brides—Do Not Book This Venue!
I watched my friend and her husband deal with issue after issue that should never happen at a professional wedding venue. Instead of enjoying their special day, they had to handle disruptions that could have been avoided if the venue actually cared about its clients.
If you’re a bride looking for a wedding venue that values your experience and doesn’t leave you dealing with last-minute disasters, The Springs Arlington is NOT the place. Find a venue that actually delivers on what they promise.

As a niece of the groom, I was beyond excited to celebrate such a special day with my family. However, The Springs Venue in Arlington completely failed to provide the professional and well-organized experience they promised. Instead of a smooth, joyous wedding day, we were met with one disaster after another, all caused by the venue’s lack of preparation and poor management.
Unacceptable Issues That Ruined the Experience:
❌ Flooded Ceremony Space – A pipe burst in the ceremony area, flooding the aisle where the wedding party had to stand. Instead of handling it immediately, the venue took their time, and the bride and groom’s family had to grab trash cans and mops to clean up the water. Bridesmaids were forced to stand in water during the ceremony! This is something that should never happen at a wedding venue that claims to be professional.
❌ Bathrooms Were Shut Down with No Plan – Because of the flooding, the venue had to shut down the bathrooms, leaving guests to walk across the property just to find a restroom. This was a huge inconvenience, especially for elderly family members. A venue that regularly hosts weddings should have a contingency plan in place, but The Springs Arlington clearly did not.
❌ Bridal & Groom’s Suites Were Freezing – The suites were only 59 degrees when we arrived, making it miserable for the wedding party as they tried to get ready. The venue was supposed to be climate-controlled, but clearly, it wasn’t. When the groom asked staff to adjust the heat, they only raised it by 2 degrees (to 61), which did nothing. He had to ask again before they finally took action. If they knew there were heating issues (which they clearly did since space heaters were on-site), why wasn’t this handled before guests arrived?
❌ Loose Floorboards Were a Safety Hazard – At the wedding rehearsal on Wednesday, the bride and groom alerted venue staff about loose floorboards that could be a tripping hazard. Instead of addressing it right away, the venue ignored it until the day of the wedding, when they tried to glue them down last-minute. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a venue that hosts large events.
❌ Electrical Outlets Didn’t Work – Several outlets in the bridal and groom’s suites weren’t working, making it difficult for the wedding party to get ready. This is basic maintenance that a venue should never overlook.
The Venue’s Response Was Inexcusable
After all of these major failures—flooding, closed bathrooms, freezing temperatures, and safety hazards—the venue’s only response was to offer an extra hour of time. That is not even close to making up for the stress, delays, and frustration they caused.
Brides & Grooms—Do Not Book This Venue!
I watched my uncle and his bride deal with one issue after another on what should have been the happiest day of their lives. Instead of focusing on their love and celebration, they were forced to deal with problems that should have never happened if the venue had done its job.
If you’re looking for a wedding venue that actually values its clients and takes weddings seriously, The Springs Arlington is NOT the place. Save yourself the stress and choose a venue that will actually take care of you and your guests.

As a niece of the groom, I was so excited to celebrate my uncle’s wedding at The Springs Venue in Arlington, but what should have been a beautiful and memorable day was completely ruined by the venue’s poor management and lack of professionalism. I watched as problem after problem unfolded—issues that could have been avoided if the venue actually cared about their couples and their guests.
Major Issues That Made This Wedding a Disaster:
❌ Flooded Ceremony Space – A pipe burst in the ceremony area, flooding the aisle where the wedding party had to stand. Instead of stepping in immediately to fix the issue, venue staff took their time while the family had to grab trash cans and mops to deal with the water. Bridesmaids had to stand in water throughout the entire ceremony! That should never happen at a professional wedding venue.
❌ Bathroom Closures with No Backup Plan – Because of the flooding, the venue had to shut down the bathrooms, forcing guests to walk across the property just to use a restroom. This was incredibly inconvenient, and there was no plan in place to accommodate guests, especially elderly family members who had difficulty walking long distances.
❌ Freezing Cold Bridal & Groom’s Suites – Both suites were freezing when we arrived, with the thermostat showing only 59 degrees. The venue was supposed to be climate-controlled, but it clearly wasn’t. When my uncle asked staff to adjust the heat, they only raised it by 2 degrees (to 61), which didn’t help at all. He had to ask AGAIN before they made a real adjustment.
❌ Loose Floorboards Were Ignored Until the Last Minute – At the wedding rehearsal on Wednesday, the bride and groom told venue staff about loose floorboards that were a safety hazard. Instead of fixing them in a timely manner, the venue ignored the issue until the wedding day and then tried to glue them down last-minute. That is completely unprofessional and unsafe.
❌ Electrical Outlets Didn’t Work – Several outlets in the bridal and groom’s suites didn’t work, making it difficult for the wedding party to get ready. This is basic maintenance that a wedding venue should never overlook.
The Venue’s Response Was a Joke
After all of these major failures—flooding, closed bathrooms, freezing temperatures, and safety hazards—the venue’s only response was to offer an extra hour of time. That is not even close to making up for the stress and frustration they caused the bride, groom, and guests.
Brides & Grooms—Do Not Book This Venue!
I watched my uncle and his bride deal with one problem after another, all because of this venue’s lack of preparation and failure to handle even the most basic responsibilities. Instead of focusing on their wedding, they had to navigate disasters caused by a venue that clearly does not care about their clients.
If you want a wedding venue that will actually value you, your guests, and your special day, The Springs Arlington is NOT the place. Choose a venue that will make your wedding stress-free, not a nightmare.

I had the honor of being the Best Man at my friend’s wedding at The Springs Venue in Arlington, and I can confidently say that this venue completely failed to deliver a professional and well-managed experience. From the moment we arrived, we encountered one disaster after another—all due to the venue’s lack of preparation, poor response to major issues, and failure to provide the service they promised.
The Unacceptable Issues We Experienced:
❌ Flooded Ceremony Space – A pipe burst in the ceremony area, causing water to flood the aisle where the bridal party stood. Instead of staff handling it immediately, our own family had to step in with trash cans and mops to try and clean up the mess while the venue took its time responding. Several bridesmaids had to stand in water during the ceremony. This was a complete embarrassment for the venue.
❌ Bathrooms Shut Down – Because of the flooding, the venue shut down the restrooms, forcing guests to walk across the property just to find a working bathroom. This was completely unacceptable and showed a total lack of preparedness for emergencies.
❌ The Groom’s Suite Was Freezing Cold – When we arrived, the groom’s suite was only 59 degrees, making it miserable for everyone getting ready. We were told the venue was climate-controlled, but that was clearly false. My brother had to ask twice for the heat to be adjusted because the first time, they only raised it by 2 degrees (to 61). If the venue knew the suites had heating issues (which they clearly did, since space heaters were already on-site), why wasn’t this handled before guests arrived?
❌ Safety Hazards Ignored – At the wedding rehearsal on Wednesday morning, the bride and groom pointed out loose floorboards that were a serious tripping hazard. Instead of fixing them immediately, the venue ignored the issue until the day of the wedding, when they tried to glue them down at the last minute. That’s not how a professional venue should operate.
❌ Electrical Outlets Didn’t Work – Several outlets in the bridal and groom’s suites were not functional, making it difficult for the wedding party to get ready. For a venue that hosts weddings every week, this is basic maintenance that should never be overlooked.
The Venue’s Response Was Completely Inadequate
After all these major failures—flooding, bathroom shutdowns, freezing temperatures, and safety hazards—the venue’s only response was to offer an extra hour of time. That is an insult given the level of stress and disruption my brother and his wife had to endure.
Brides & Grooms—Do Not Trust This Venue With Your Wedding!
This was supposed to be one of the best days of my brother’s life, but instead, it was filled with avoidable disasters that the venue did not take seriously. The fact that they ignored safety concerns, failed to control the temperature, and responded slowly to a literal flood proves that they do not prioritize their clients or their special day.
If you’re looking for a venue that actually delivers what they promise, The Springs Arlington is NOT it. I would strongly advise future couples to look elsewhere and find a venue that truly values their clients.

I was a groomsman in my brother’s wedding at The Springs Venue in Arlington, and I have to say—this venue completely failed to deliver the professional experience they promised. What should have been a smooth, well-organized day turned into a stressful disaster because of poor management, slow responses to major issues, and unacceptable conditions.
The Major Issues That Ruined the Day:
❌ Flooded Ceremony Space – A pipe burst in the ceremony area, flooding the aisle and forcing some of the bridesmaids to stand in water throughout the wedding. Instead of immediately taking action, the venue staff was slow to respond, and our own family had to step in with trash cans and mops to clean up the mess.
❌ Bathroom Closures – Because of the flooding, the venue shut down the restrooms, forcing guests to walk across the property just to use the bathroom. This was a huge inconvenience for everyone, and the venue had no real plan in place to deal with the situation.
❌ The Groom’s Suite Was Freezing Cold – When we arrived, the groom’s suite was only 59 degrees, which made it uncomfortable for everyone trying to get ready. The venue claimed the building was climate-controlled, but that was clearly not the case. When my brother asked staff to adjust the heat, they only raised it by 2 degrees (to 61), and he had to ask AGAIN before they finally made a real change. If they knew this was an issue (which they obviously did since space heaters were already on-site), why wasn’t it fixed before the wedding day?
❌ Loose Floorboards Were a Tripping Hazard – At the wedding rehearsal on Wednesday morning, my brother and his fiancée pointed out loose floorboards that could cause someone to trip. Instead of fixing them immediately, the venue ignored the issue until the day of the wedding, when they finally tried to glue them down last-minute. That’s not how a professional venue should operate.
❌ Electrical Outlets Didn’t Work – Several outlets in the bridal and groom’s suites didn’t work, making it harder for the wedding party to get ready. This is basic maintenance that should never be an issue at a high-end wedding venue.
The Venue’s Response Was Completely Inadequate
After all of these major failures—flooding, closed bathrooms, freezing temperatures, and safety hazards—the venue’s only “compensation” was an extra hour of time. That is completely unacceptable for the amount of stress, delays, and inconvenience my brother and his wife had to deal with on their wedding day.
Brides & Grooms—Do Not Book This Venue!
This was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my brother’s life, and instead, it was filled with unnecessary stress caused by this venue’s poor management. As the Maid of Honor at my sister’s wedding, I was heartbroken watching how The Springs Venue in Arlington completely failed her on what was supposed to be the most special day of her life. This venue did not live up to its promises and instead caused stress, frustration, and unnecessary problems that could have easily been avoided with proper preparation and professionalism.
Unacceptable Issues That Ruined My Sister’s Wedding Day:
❌ Flooded Ceremony Space – A pipe burst in the ceremony area, and instead of handling the situation properly, my own family had to step in with trash cans and mops to clean up the water. Bridesmaids were forced to stand in water during the ceremony! This is completely unacceptable for a venue that claims to be a professional wedding venue.

Why wasn’t this issue addressed before the wedding day?
❌ Loose Floorboards Were a Safety Hazard – At the wedding rehearsal on Wednesday, my sister and her fiancé told venue staff about loose floorboards that could be a tripping hazard. Instead of fixing them immediately, the venue ignored the issue until the day of the wedding and then tried to glue them down at the last minute. A wedding venue should proactively handle safety concerns—not wait until the day of the event to do the bare minimum.
❌ Electrical Outlets in the Bridal Suite Didn’t Work – Several outlets in the bridal suite weren’t functional, making it difficult for the bridal party to get ready. For a venue that regularly hosts weddings, this kind of basic maintenance should never be an issue.
The Venue’s Response Was Insulting
After all of these major failures—flooding, closed bathrooms, freezing temperatures, and safety hazards—the only thing the venue offered as compensation was an extra hour of time. That is not even close to making up for the stress and frustration they caused.
Brides—Please Think Twice Before Booking This Venue!
I watched my sister and her husband deal with problem after problem on their wedding day that should never have happened at a professional wedding venue. Instead of enjoying her special day, she was forced to deal with a venue that was unprepared, unresponsive, and negligent.
If you’re a bride looking for a venue that will actually take care of you and make your day magical, The Springs Arlington is NOT the place. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere that will respect you, your time, and your special day.

As a father, I wanted nothing but the best for my child’s wedding, but The Springs Venue in Arlington completely failed to deliver on its promises. The level of poor facility management, lack of urgency, and outright negligence we experienced was unacceptable for a venue of this caliber.
Key Issues That Ruined the Day:
❌ Flooded Ceremony Space – A burst pipe caused water to leak onto the aisle, forcing bridesmaids to stand in water during the ceremony. Venue staff did not act fast enough, and our own family had to step in with trash cans and mops to control the flooding.
❌ Bathrooms Shut Down – The flooding forced the venue to close the restrooms, making guests walk across the property to find another bathroom. This was a huge inconvenience for everyone attending.
❌ Bridal & Groom Suites Were Freezing – The suites were only 59 degrees when we arrived, even though the venue was supposed to be climate-controlled. When my daughter asked staff to turn up the heat, they only raised it 2 degrees (to 61), and she had to ask AGAIN before they took it seriously. If the venue knew this was a problem beforehand (which they did, since space heaters were already on-site), they should have handled it before guests arrived.
❌ Safety Hazard Ignored – At the rehearsal on Wednesday morning, we informed staff that loose floorboards were a tripping hazard. Nothing was done until the day of the wedding, when they tried to glue them down at the last minute—a completely unacceptable response to a known issue.
❌ Electrical Outlets Not Working – Several outlets in the bridal and groom’s suites didn’t work, making it harder for the wedding party to get ready.
For the amount of money paid, this venue’s lack of preparation and slow response ruined what should have been a perfect day. Instead of offering a real solution, they only gave an extra hour of time—which doesn’t come close to making up for the frustration and inconvenience we experienced.
If you’re looking for a venue that actually delivers what it promises, look elsewhere. The Springs Arlington has a lot of issues that they do not take seriously, and I would not recommend them to any couple expecting a stress-free wedding day.

Here# Avoid The Springs Venue in Arlington at All Costs!
Rating: (1 Star)
I was a groomsman at a wedding at The Springs Venue in Arlington, and I witnessed firsthand the venue's catastrophic failure to deliver a stress-free and beautiful experience.
# Major Issues:
1. *Flooded Ceremony Space*: A burst pipe flooded the aisle, and the venue staff responded slowly and ineffectively. The groom's family had to intervene to control the water, and bridesmaids stood in water during the ceremony.
2. *Bathroom Closures*: The flooding forced the venue to shut down restrooms, inconveniencing guests who had to walk across the property to find a working bathroom.
3. *Freezing Cold Groom's Suite*: The suite was only 59 degrees, and despite requests, the venue staff only raised the temperature by 2 degrees initially.
4. *Loose Floorboards & Safety Issues*: The venue ignored safety concerns raised during the rehearsal, only attempting to fix the issue last-minute.
5. *Non-Functional Electrical Outlets*: Outlets in the bridal and groom's suites didn't work, causing difficulties for the wedding party.
# Unacceptable Response:
The venue's response to these major failures was an insulting offer of an extra hour of time. This doesn't come close to making up for the inconvenience and stress caused.
# Warning to Brides & Grooms:
Avoid The Springs Arlington at all costs. The venue's neglect of safety concerns, failure to maintain their facility, and slow response to emergencies demonstrate a lack of seriousness about their clients' special day. Book somewhere that values its couples and delivers on its promises.
