If I could, I’d give zero stars. My parents bought me a gift card for Christmas at the location in Flower Mound. My 15 1/2 year old dog died in January. And the last time I came to this place, I was with her. I just couldn’t bring myself to come back till today. When I went to use the gift card, it wouldn’t work. Turns out if you bought a gift card there, you couldn’t use it at this location. No one told my parents and to top it off they switched systems for gift cards in January. The manager acted like oh well and said there was nothing she could do. If you are going to charge more than other places, at least have good customer service.024To the owner. The last time I visited your store was in July 2023. That was seven months before my fur baby died. I said to the cashier and you that I had $40 on the gift card. If you own all three why wouldn’t you just take the card? I had the receipt showing the amount and when it was purchased. I’m not hiding behind a key board. I did ask for help and you did just act like it was no big deal that I would have to drive to Flower Mound to use it. I have found this place to be great for treats but don’t understand why you would not accept a gift card, especially since you own all the stores. I posted here so no one else would have the same issue as I did.

I am going to assume the food here is AMAZING. Yesterday was my girl's 1st birthday and they devoured their barkday bone biscuit within 5-10 minutes There are no after pictures.

I always get my dogs birthday cakes here but I wasn’t really happy with the cake I received today the writing looked very sloppy and looked rushed compared to previous cakes I’ve bought.

Very friendly staff! Asked for a birthday cake for my dog as a walk-in and she decorated it while I looked around the shop. Very great selection !

I adore dog bakeries, and this one is definitely a great one. My daughter and I had come in to pick up a couple of bakery items for her pup's first birthday, and we were very impressed with all the creative dog treats available. There are two glass cases with the cutest baked dog treats, a variety of dog toys and plushies, and high quality merchandise. The store is clean and well organized, and the service is friendly. It also smells rather delicious with all the baked items, even though it is all for the fur-babies!

Used to come here every couple months to buy food for my dog but won’t be back anymore. Bad customer service and unfriendly staff.I understand your return policy but it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. As you can see, we’ve been coming here for almost two years and you lost our business over how you handled this one incident. We’ll go back to Hollywood Feed.

I happen to come across this cute little spot on accident and was so excited to walk in to see if I could find anything for my puppy. As I walked in, there was an associate on the floor stocking right product near the entrance. This associate did not acknowledge me nor did she say anything to me as I walked in. I didn’t think much of it and continued to browse among the store. As I approached the back, I saw the dog pastries counter and wanted to take a browse. I noticed a second associate behind this counter nor did she acknowledge or say anything to me. After that, I decided that I wasn’t going to purchase anything because of the lack of customer service. Working in the industry myself, I understand the importance of a simple greeting which these associates obviously didn’t understand. Hopefully management can talk to staff about manners and customer service. Maybe next time will be better…

Adorable dog bakery that every dog owner should try. I’ve gone to this location once for a customized birthday cake and another time for regular pupcakes and my dogs have loved both. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful whether you’re buying in-store or ordering via phone.
