The older African American lady that works there has the worst attitude no matter the day she is always talking like she owns the place. Very rude to customers that want to use the bathroom. She told one guy “you see the sticker that says ring bell thats for the bathroom” all because he went up to her and asked to open it. All the other ladies that work there are great and nice talking to customers except her

CLEAN STORE!
No problem find 6 washers in a row.
Only negative, all folding tables are bunched up at front of the store. Kinda pain in the A$$ navigating in and around the tables while folding ur clothes or existing the store to ur care.

No matter what day of the week it is, the attendant is ALWAYS late. The place is good. The constant lateness is unprofessional.

A hispanic worker took my clothes out of the washer so a Hispanic customer could put her clothes in. I left a message for the owner, no one ever called me back.

The workers here are rude as hell. I've had two instances where I had an issue. The first one I was literally walking in to take my clothes out (I have it timed on my phone) it has just stopped and she was standing there taking my clothes out. I couldn't believe it. I told her don't touch my things I can see if I had left them there for 20+ minutes and you were busy but you literally stood there for it to stop and immediately took them out because it was busy. Unacceptable. The other time was today I asked the lady if she can open the freezer so I can buy an ice cream she walked right past no eye contact and no response so of course I'm thinking she didn't hear me so I asked again. She raises her voice to give her a second and she heard me the first time. I'm like okay well you should have acknowledged me then how am I supposed to know you heard me smh. I only come here occasionally to wash big items or shoes but I won't be coming back. The owner/ manager should hire better employees. Another lady that's a regular said they are always rude like that. It's disgusting.

I figured that it was going to be packed since it was after work, but there was a low, steady flow of people washing while I was there and plenty of machines to choose from. There were also so many laundry carts available that you could keep it instead of returning or sharing with others. It was quiet, which I appreciated. There's not too many places to sit, but most people stood by their machines for the duration of the cycle. The overall experience was pleasant, I just didn't realize this was a coin-only facility. Also, it's crazy that $0.25 only gets you 9 minutes on the dryer. I've gone to other places in the area that provide 20 minutes for the same price.

5-Star! This place is always very clean and well kept. Friendly, helpful attendant. Small and large washers are clean. Large dryers dry clothes fast. Safe.
