I called and asked I they could switch my payment to next week instead of this week. Lady at customer service told me yes everything was good to go it will come out next week instead of this week. Never told me I had to call the store to get it switched. Look at my account this morning and it was withdrawn from my account. I now have no money to feed my kids for the week. If they would have told me it was a problem I could have switched something else but no they told me everything was fine. Thanks alot title max. Now I have no way to get to work or feed my kids this week.

We were hit with an unexpected bill so needed cash fast. We decided to do a title loan but couldn’t find the title. Long story short, finally found it with 6 minutes before closing.. my husband called the store and explained our situation to Jamie and she explained she was about to close but that she would wait.. We were so thankful that she waited and we will definitely tell people how easy it was.. thanks Jamie!!
