He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and provided thoughtful recommendations. He explained the differences between various items in detail, ensuring I made an informed decision. His expertise and passion for the products were evident, and it made the shopping experience both enjoyable and educational.What stood out the most was Josh’s patience and willingness to help. I had quite a few questions, and he answered each one thoroughly without making me feel rushed. “Very nice store tucked away in a corner of a strip mall.All kinds of contraptions and devices to partake in whatever your fancy is to partake in.Kratom and its extracts are my bag and there’s not a huge selection but for the beginner or a regular Kratom-head who just needs some essentials not a bad stop.However,the staff and cleanliness is what will bring me back.Very attentive and helpful.”

I forgot the gentleman's name but he helped me get right to it with no playing around. I respect that 100%. New favorite spot in the DFW when I'm back around. Highly recommend.”
“Went in to transition from disposables to Mod vape. Ever since they outlawed my favorite brands of disposables they have become too expensive, if you can even find them. The first day I chose a Mod and they made me some juice. But when I got home I couldn't vape it because the nicotine was too high. I called and they had me come back in and they fixed everything. I am a very happy customer.”

The owners and employees are ALWAYS friendly, never had a bad experience with them. The pieces are like no other, you have your basics but then you have your very rare and unique pieces. They’re always stocking up on new stuff and are so knowledgeable OMG, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to a smoke shop and the employees don’t know what they are doing, but here, everyone has an answer to any question you have.Not to mention them throw the BEST 420 event in the area ”

The new management has been so night and day. They are all super friendly, they seem to have a good understanding of each item you have questions about or looking to buy. A nice gentleman gave me out free samples and I was a few dollars short and he said no problem as long as you come back and see us, which I definitely will!
