I have no idea who’s been cutting the produce lately but the past couple weeks I’ve been coming to purchase already cut up fruit and they have been such horrible quality I have to end up throwing them away, tastes like soapy water and will spoil in a day or two. I used to love coming here specifically for that, ima have to start going elsewhere from now on, fruit is pretty pricey for it to have bad quality. ?

Always a fantastic experience at Tom Thumb on Fielder and W Randol Mill. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized. The fresh produce section is impressive, and they have a wide variety of products. Overall, a great place for a smooth and enjoyable shopping trip.

My fist experience was delightful. Every employee was friendly. Clean, well stocked and organized. Parking is plentiful. Morning they had no check out clerks all self check out.

I shop at this location often and from time to time I would rent a shampooer. Recently I was having trouble completing an online order until I went into the store. Josh was hands on and went above and beyond with assisting in the order being processed and complete within a timely manner. The staff here has always been amazing!

Went here to buy some stuff for my friend's new apartment plus some groceries. Very great produce here and the cashiers were customer-friendly.

No stores are what they used to be. It's not the employees fault. It's the businesses. Cutting back on things affect employees. I've been in grocery for going on 28 yrs. Slowly they've all cut back on things like for instance labor. When I first start the night manager didn't work he delegated and observed. There was eight to ten stocking the truck. Now there's more verity of products and only three maybe four stockers. Sometimes just two. Sales could be up and they'll cut your hours now. Plus there's programs they run now they didn't do back then. They used to give bonuses and coupons in store money. Hell I haven't seen employee of the month in a couple of years now so that's probably another casualty. You can't afford to live in your own with the salary. They pay in grocery stores anymore. So what's the incentive to work hard to care? We rate these businesses but it's not the owners we think of when we do it, it's the employees. They're the ones that have to hear about it too.!so I think from now on when I rate or review it's the business I'm directing it too employees don't deserve it regardless of their efforts. So Tom Thumb give them help and stop treating them like you own them.
