Do not order a door with this store! Huge lack of communication and common sense. Ordered a door and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Install date came and the contractor never came so after waiting around for hours i finally called the contractor and they said "oh the door was missing pieces they didn't call you" So now I called the store and was hung up on 3-4 times!! Finally spoke to someone and they apologized and ordered the missing pieces another 2-3 weeks wait. Install date #2 comes up and my wife takes the day off. I get a phone call saying the door was still missing pieces and the contractor refused to install it. I call a manager and speak with them about what's happening and they said i can pick it up and they'll take $50 off which is the cost of delivery. This should have been the sign to just go somewhere else.I honestly liked the door and thought what else could happen I'm sure they will work hard to fix the issue. So after another 2-3 week wait Install date #3 comes up I take the day off again and they show up and the door is visible severely damaged. Now common sense would tell you i wasn't going to accept a deeply scratched door with large dents. The contractor exact words were they said "Take the door to the customer and see what they say" Again All the while they keep saying we are sorry and will replace it and compensate you for the troubles but wont tell you how much. Another 4-6 week wait for them to order a new door. Finally gets delivered and installed. I emailed the store manager numerous times and only received a call from a manager on duty. They credited my account $500 which is nice, but never have a seen such poor service. When purchasing something from someone especially a large company like Home Depot it shouldn't be this hard or frustrating. I used to only shop at Home Depot but not anymore! The Stores employees and leaders need to be trained.

This store is a mess many of the aisles are blocked by displays and debris plants are already dead in the nursery and it's not summer yet. This is a poorly managed HD. What are they thinking?

do not rent equipment in this place since it has hidden rates that when renting you are never mentioned only when you deliver to the back is when the great rates come out so high and unpleasant that there is really no point in paying themapart from having to put up with despotic people who are only there to help you and in the end they do not help you at all, only to give you exaggerated rates that have nothing to do with what you rent

Never get delivery/install of appliances. They hire the most incompetent contractors. Washer valves are old and they turned off water at the meter. They didn't have teflon tape for the high pressure fitting, so I told them I would connect after I got some. They left the valves open and on leaving turned on the meter. I was working in the back yard and when I returned, water was covering the living room wood laminate! 5K+ damage

I usually don't have any bad experience at Home Depot but I rented a carpet cleaner from this location, not knowing how to use it for the first time. All went well when they showed me how to use it and the attachment that goes with it, only to find out that it was the wrong attachment 2 hours of having the equipment. I called twice to the location and no one picked up. I returned the equipment and I told them about the incident. They asked me why I didn't call even though I did and that I should have received the grey attachment instead of the black (As if I would have known since it was my the first time using the carpet cleaner). There was a lack of empathy since I don't believe they apologized for giving me the wrong attachment. I was hopping to get discounted a little bit to reprimand their mistake, but there was none offered. At that point, I didn't see any use in arguing for a couple extra bucks, i was a little upset of the principle that did not care enough to apologize for their error. I would just be more aware of the rentals they give out next time.

Absolutely excellent service today spent almost 30 minutes looking for a certain part until one of the Home Depot associates named FERA helped me out not only did she help me find the right part which at the store I was at was not in stock but also called a different stores manager had them pick up the part for me and keep it reserved. Absolutely awesome.

This corded Dremel tool quit working so I went to return home depot Arlington amy in returns without even looking it up said it's missing pieces .she was referring to the sanding wheels that come with it I told her can I speak to your manager she said I already did we can take this back store policy she didn't even look it up had no idea what the name of the tool was and I haven't even owned this a year .I need this for work the manager wouldn't even talk to me customer service goes a long way for me and the fact she would not even look up my store history just tells me her manager is setting a bad example for the employees.

Are you and another customer going opposite directions down an aisle? Tough luck. This store, like many others, is crammed with so much product on the floors that it becomes impossible for two carts to go side by side. The concern to push product completely neglects customer experience. Glad I wasn't shopping for me or I'd probably have just left.

First scheduled window install was canceled 1 hr after the scheduled install time. Had to wait on windows to be reordered (weeks later). Home Depot promised to compensate me for lost hours. They never make good on the promise.

Great service. I had a problem in finding a correct light color and the associate was able to ask me specific questions and suggested me few options. Definitely, the associate has a very deep understanding. I will be back, in case I need any home decor or accessories to buy for my house.

We went in very last minute to do some last minute home improvement shopping. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help to just ask. We found what we were looking for pretty quickly. At check-out, Kim was so nice and personable! Kim made us laugh and a made our experience there that much better, even though we were the last ones there. She definitely left a great impression on us.

love the theme song. it's catchy, attention grabbing; however, i prefer lowes. blue is a much better color than orange. i also don't like the font that is used in the logo i think it could use some work. also why are there always people on forklifts? do you sell that much wood that you have to keep restocking. lowe's never has people on forklifts. they are more prepared than y'all are it seems. also the paint section of your store is confusing and not ascetically appealing as lowe's. they go in rainbow color order even when they mix the brands. if you would work some of these tips into your business i would probably shop there more. I do love the squishy dino light i bought there tho. so good job 10/10

Normally I come I into this store & no one really helps me. I was soooooo pleased by this gentleman name Braden! He asked questions, assisted with my concerns & didn't take my tip! I was truly amazed. The contractor told me a certain size & because he questioned it, I save even more money! I will be back because of him. I typically go to Lowes great customer service! Give that man a raise!

I would like to give a big hi5 to Malcolm he was amazing he helped us in maybe three or four different departments he knew everything to tell us he was so helpful and suggestive I knew this guy went out of his way to help us and instruct us in every way. I was very impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism and his personality!
