This review is for the salon and Violetta specifically— I hate to leave it for the whole store, because I don’t have a review of it all, but the salon doesn’t provide any other means for feedback. It was one of the laziest and worst blowouts I have ever had. It was basically just a blow dry, if that. Before using the blow dryer, she towel-dried it almost completely. She put it between a towel and rubbed the towel together aggressively, creating static over and over. She did this until it was dry at the crown and the rest was was drier than what anyone would consider damp. She then said that my hair is frizzy after doing this and before blow drying it in the way a child could do at home. For record— she also admitted my hair is NOT dry and it was cut just a few weeks ago. So what you see in this picture, taken just 10 minutes after leaving the salon, is just the result of her drying wavy-to-curly hair without any skill or patience.

Just went into this location and asked someone to help me with the products I always purchase but from a different location. (I am not familiar with the layout of this one.) A young lady helped me look the products up but then stood there. She wouldn't leave from behind that counter to help me find the 4 products I came to re-purchase. After a brief moment of walking the store I told my daughter come on, let's go! I will go back to ours in Mansfield. The young Indiana looking girl here was to good to help find the products in their store and I what makes this even worse is that it wasn't that busy.

Went in tonight for makeup and had no clue what I needed. Susie came over and helped me she was so patient helped me pick out the products I needed and showed me how to apply them. I am forever grateful!!

I went into the store this past Saturday night, I was needing a shampoo that can help with my scalp issues. I asked Joanna for some help, and she was wonderful. Very informative, understanding, and didn’t throw the most expensive thing at me. I tried the Briogeo shampoo and scalp restore, absolutely love how my hair and scalp feels. Thank you Joanna!

Order ready for pickup. Came to pickup they’re closed bc they don’t have power. And instead of putting a sign on the door that says that the worker has an attitude I’m assuming bc I had questions. Trust me girl I’m annoyed too tf

This review is to reflect my recent experience at the Brow Benefit Bar with Cristina. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done at this location and it was the best experience. Cristina was extremely professional and really took her time to shape and clean up my overgrown brows. She also gave some great suggestions to help with my sensitive skin. My brows look absolutely amazing and look forward to returning again for great service!

Mychal was incredibly patient and did an amazing job with my haircut! I didn’t even have an appointment scheduled that day, but she still took the time to fit me in and made sure everything was perfect. Truly appreciated the care and attention to detail

This ulta always has everything stocked but what really bums me is the customer service… the girls always have a stank face or attitude. The ladies are just not nice.
