Value was higher than same exact item I found at Ashley's Furniture. I suggest Do your comparisons first!!! Service good. And selections nice. I just wish I had got a bargain.

One of the lights on our couch would not turn off, it would just stay dim. We bought the extended warranty when we bought the couches. I called the Corporate Office in Arlington, and spoke with Meghan. I called on a Friday afternoon, she informed me that since it was Veterans day no one was there to help with the issue of the couches, she said she would call me on Monday. I asked her if I did not hear from her, should I call her. She said no and that she put a note from our conversation on her computer, and that she would call me. Would you guess it? She didn't call, I had to call her. I called Tuesday afternoon, and she tried to help me, she wanted to know if she sent me the part, if I could fix it. Seriously! I bought the extended warranty and you want me to fix the couch? Anyways, the problem was not that light, it was another. No big deal, she was going to speak with a manger about getting the part to fix it. Remember this was Tuesday afternoon. She said she was going to speak to him and call me back. Again, no problem. But, she never called. I had to call back on Wednesday, and she couldn't answer the phone she was busy. So, I asked to speak to a manager, I waited about 5 min, then guess who picks up? You guessed it Meghan. She said that they were trying to fix it themselves but would have to call a 3rd party to do it. Dont get me wrong she was super polite, but this whole situation was ridiculous.

This place is a hidden treasure! We were amazed by all of the furniture that they had. The staff was incredibly nice. I have already bragged about this place to my friends and family, I can't wait to visit again!

The store was a lot bigger than what I expected when I first walked in, the salesmen walked me around all three rooms, and I was shocked at all the choices. They had everything for my house (I got a dining table, bedroom set, mattress and sectional) and it was all in stock which was the key right now. The delivery process was painless and super professional. I recommend UFC to anyone who is asking for furniture.

We have bought from the White Settlement location many times over the years and always had a great experience. That has changed !!! Should have known when you go in and all employees are sleeping at their desks or watching football on their phones. We bought a sofa and the guys that loaded it acted like it was a huge inconvenience to even do that. Because of how they loaded it we lost a chaise cushion on way home. We called same day and told them and they said they would replace it It’s now been 4 weeks and dozens of unreturned phone calls so we drove to store today. The “manager” told us all kinds of excuses and even said “he has no control “ how things work. Yet he is the manager. We will NEVER recommend nor buy from them again. Be careful.

If you are looking for name brands, great quality, and great prices, this is a must for furniture shopping! They have items in stock and no waiting. I decorate for models and clubhouses and I always start here first! They have mattresses too.

My wife and I have had nothing short of the best furniture buying experience with Unclaimed Freight. We visited the store off of Division Street in Arlington. We were greeted by Patrick who asked a few questions about our preferences, and by the time we got to the warehouse he led us to the perfect couch. After purchasing, we had Marco and Bryan deliver and set up the couch, and I can easily say I’ve never had anyone more professional, kind, quick, and hardworking deliver anything for me. If you’re in the market for a great piece of furniture with a great price and a great customer experience, I’ll suggest Unclaimed Freight 10 out of 10 times.
