The buying experience was adequate. I have no problems with the sales people. The biggest grief I've got is with the manager at the time. (6pm apr4) who told me because I had no receipt I couldn't get a refund. I understood even though they had all my information via email phone number and credit card transaction so I went ahead and picked another 2 pair of shoes that amounted to more than the exchange. Everything was fine until I paid the difference and asked for my receipt the manager instructed the cashier to throw my receipt in the trash because I didn't bring a receipt so I wasn't eligible to receive a receipt. So I asked in genuine curiosity what about the purchase I just made. She responded that it is journeys at store policy to not provide receipt of purchase if you didn't bring one with you. I said okay and left without a receipt. I called journeys today to get some clarification because it sounded extremely awkward that I would use my credit card and not get a receipt. They informed me that is not their store policy and I will be getting an email with my receipt so I can return the two pair of shoes.

Not happy with this place at all. Lightly worn suede shoes 2mts old ripped. I asked for a refund or exchange and was told they were normal wear & tear- 2 mts, come on!!! Read your receipt as they consider wear-and-tear /worn definition something outside of what I consider normal. Not a satisfied customer & will Not be shopping there again. I'm out done with them!!! Highly disappointed customer

Alyssa the MIT is the best asset this store has. She is always very sweet and friendly. She always make us customers feel important and makes everything about us. I can't wait till she gets her own store so I can go to her store!!!

I dont get why people have to give you attitude all the time you work there because you are willing to deal with customers. I dont think doing a return is a big deal but or is there need to talk to me like im an idiot. Atleast i got my money back but very disappointed in the quality of customer service that guy there sucks..
