I dropped my package off on 12/28 with an estimated delivery date of 12/29 . The package was scanned in by the store staff. After several days of checking the tracking I noticed the package wasn't moving. I called the store where I dropped the package off to get clarification due to showing it was still at the store. (835 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011)The first 2 calls I made to the store I was rudely talked to and advised to call ups customer service which I had already called several times. The 3rd time calling the store I was told the package was picked up on 12/29 by the ups driver.Now this is when I began to get fustrated . Either the store staff stole my package or the driver did.(it was a big box by the way). The driver never scanned the package in. I was told theres no cameras on the store or trucks.I filed a claim and waited many days just to be told my package was lost. How can it get lost from the store to the truck. Somebody is kying at this point. I had to submit proof of what was in the package along with how much the package was worth just to still wait to get reimbursed. Ups workers are theives and I hope to see someone with these custom items.I will never use this service to ship out anymore. They're very rude and not helpful at all.

drivers get a raise to 49 bucks and hour and can not deliver a pack on time , when instructions were given on UPS website.. back to fed ex

2 days in a row. The lazy u p s driver never knocked on the door just left a note, so he wouldn't Have to bring my package to my door....this happened even after I signed the note for him to leave it ...incompetent lazy and unprofessional

Beware with UPS at Arlington Texas! Do not use UPS, Holiday season just started and employees stealing iPhones out the package, they lost 4 iPhones already on two different orders. As a business owner we don’t trust UPS anymore.

We attempted to return an item from Amazon three separate times. Each time we were given another reason why ups could not accept the item.furious! While I was there I overheard another cashier speaking rudely to another customer who received an email that their item was ready for pick up. That cashier told the customer that she was not going to go to the truck to see if his package arrived. Terrible experience.

Seriously upsetting that there isn't even a phone number listed for this warehouse/hold center. My package was marked Out for Delivery last Saturday, I even followed the truck on the app in the afternoon until it went back to this warehouse at 730pm and then later the status changed back to On the Way will update delivery date as soon as possible. It hasn't updated since Saturday and I even paid for a Lyft on Monday to drive to the center to check if I could pickup the package, but the desk agent (who was very nice) told me that she just sees the last status on Saturday and said that it most likely was incorrectly scanned and is probably somewhere in the warehouse, which isn't connected to the center so there's no way for her to go check for it. Tried calling the 800 number but it's useless and said to call the last place it was located... which is this center that has no way to contact them. So basically I'm out of luck until the package is eventually found, or it's just lost forever. I just need a direct way to contact them to locate the envelope, which the shipper told me has a bright flower design so it's easy to find, so that they can put it on a truck to actually deliver it ASAP... I hope someone from UPS sees this and is able to help me get this resolved now. I would even update my review if it gets rectified immediately but seems unlikely.

Currently have a package completely lost . I had the recipient who was following and doing as told by app tracking and it says it arrived in Arlington . It was getting late so he got ride to warehouse thinking maybe driver couldn’t find his apartment or time crunch .. and they had NO answer at that warehouse..and couldn’t pick the package up! there is no direct phone number listed to maybe talk to anyone to help.. I k ow with usps and fed ex I can talk to the warehouse and it does happen..packages get misplaced but can usually get it fixed rather efficiently when I’m able to TALK to a person rather than a virtual assistance that doesn’t know it’s d@& from its virtual a$$hole (if we can fix my package issue and actually find it ..it’s been lost since Saturday ..I promise to update review to reflect )

UPS should be ashamed of themselves for their phone service. The robot doesn’t understand plain English and hangs up on you because of its lack of comprehension. This review has nothing to do with this particular location & is collateral damage for my phone experience when attempting to confirm validity of a check received from UPS.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service, rude employees, deliberately messing up orders and delivering to the wrong house in the wrong neighborhood. This is the 4th time they messed up my online purchase. Screw you guys.

Worst experience ever. Pharmacy shipped medication that was scheduled to arrive last night. It didn't arrive and now says next week 6/1. I just spent the last hour trying to contact UPS, the UPS store and personal friends who work for UPS. All I got was the run around. I then tried @UPS on twitter. Guess what? I got an AI Chatbot who can't recognize the tracking number. It is literally the same tracking number on the website. If you care about your customers you don't intentionally make it difficult for customers to contact a live person.

This place always loses or steal packages I’ve had it done to me twice within 2 months they alway go out for delivery then your package just disappear

After my address was listed incorrectly for my package, I went to this location to change it. I was given the 1-800 number (which didn’t work) & numbers to other dispatch centers; these centers then directed me back to this Arlington location for a “supervisor” to tell me they can’t change the address.Whether it’s training, communication between locations, more informed leadership, or all three, improvement is drastically needed.

I do not know what they are paying Kelly at the front desk but it is not enough, his friendly attitude and smile is contagious and it is a feeling shared by everyone that walked in while I was there. He went above and beyond what I expected and is an amazing employee who supplied an outstanding customer experience. I wish I could give more stars he was outstanding and so was everyone else on staff.
