Easy to drop off Amazon packages. Just have your QR code ready to scan. Parking is not ideal though, and it never has been on this side of the building.

$3.35 to print my Amazon return paper.
That's more expensive for one single sheet of paper than anywhere else.
You have a contract with Amazon, you don't need to be taking extra money from customers and especially charging more than $0.50 per sheet of paper is absurd.

I had an amazing experience at this UPS Store! I came in to get something notarized and was blown away by how quick and easy the process was. The staff was super friendly, professional, and made everything feel effortless. I really appreciated how efficient they were — I was in and out in no time. I had a really great experience with Nydia(based on my receipt)! She was very engaging and was patient with me with some gathering of information! We had a great conversation about where I lived previously in Chicago and all together wonderful service! Definitely will come back to this UPS store!

Service at this location used to be much better!! Mail is not put out in mailboxes daily, but then suddenly tons of mail is crammed into your box in one day! Therefore you never receive important mail you're looking out for in time. Workers have attitudes when asked questions. Will not be renewing my longtime box rental here. Will have to find a new location!!!

I purchased a personal mailbox and found out immediately that some of the staff members are incompetent. The first day, one employee gave me the wrong key. When she was told her co-worker the key didn’t work, he looked at it and immediately told her she gave me the wrong key; the numbers didn’t match. She laughed and called herself dumb then got the right key. The second day, I stopped by to see if the new copies of my key worked. When I opened the box I found out one of the employees put the wrong mail in my box. The box numbers weren’t even in close proximity of each other and there was only one piece of mail, which means someone simply didn’t pay attention to what they were doing. This is actually very concerning because there is a shred bin right next to the mailboxes. I am pretty sure some customers will just throw the wrong mail in the shred bin instead of giving it to an employee like I did. I bet people’s mail is being thrown in that bin by customers all the time simply because it has the wrong name on the envelope. I digress in saying that I worked for the postal service long ago and I recall having to take several exams to ensure I was capable of reading letters and numbers correctly so this type of thing doesn’t happen. I know UPS is not USPS, but you’d think the UPS employees would be required to take and pass an exam to make sure they are putting mail in the correct box. This is also very important because it could potentially out someone’s privacy in jeopardy.

Store was newly remodeled. Nice and clean, one kid was rolling in 5 min late bragging about how he was speeding all the way to work. Didn’t catch his name( pony tail guy ). A nice young man approached the desk named WILL he was so kind and professional, I will go back and ask for him. He seemed happy to be at work and ready for the day. Very nice and willing to help!! Great job WILL!! Thank you for your help. He assisted with my printing needs.

Horrible. Lie after lie. Paid for 2 day shipping and they lost my package! I called 3 days later to ask about when it will be delivered and they said today. Then, it doesn’t show up and they said they went through the proper steps. Of course they would say it wasn’t them! Why take any responsibility! I will NEVER use ups ever again.
