They don’t want to hire people with disabilities and are abusive towards employees specifically well I’m not able to name names at this time. FYI, Abusers abuse and they know of whom I’m speaking of. Btw y’all may have to pay not only one family but many. I’m not sorry for speaking truth ✌?

Beware with UPS Locations at Arlington Texas! Do not use UPS, Holiday season just started and employees stealing iPhones out the package, they lost 4 iPhones already on two different order. As a business owner we don’t trust UPS anymore.

UPS should be ashamed of themselves for their phone service. The robot doesn’t understand plain English and hangs up on you because of its lack of comprehension. This review has nothing to do with this particular location & is collateral damage for my phone experience when attempting to confirm validity of a check received from UPS.

It's the UPS warehouse and customer service center. Make sure you call 1-800-PICK-UPS before trying to just go get a package.

I’m a trucker that delivers loads here often. I gave 5 star for receiving employees. Always great attitudes and very helpful. But on the other hand, driveways/pathways here are a total safety hazard. Everyone including yard jocks/movers, delivery drivers and third party drivers have to swerve around to avoid hitting the huge holes that can’t be called potholes,they’re more like craters.

Pay is really low for the amount of physical work you go through in one day and got you handling 2-3 trailers your entire shift. While we run on a 10-minute break, sometimes none at all, as well as having a strict attendance policy for when you clock in most of the time, you will get turned away for an unfortunate issue nobody could've known or done anything about it. I've been working on an honest amount of work that should deserve a raise or promotion, but nobody cares, yet they will monitor everyone back and forth most of their work hours. I don't see why, but some people do get treated better than others and aren't involved in much of their work, and they will not see anything wrong with that. Definitely need to pay more attention to the work ethics of each and every one and pay them a fair and honest amount as well as more breaktime since it is a big warehouse you spend half of your break walking to and from a designated break area.

For a logistics company, I can watch the tracking send my package to the wrong location delaying my delivery by a day or 2 due to total ignorance, incompetence, and laziness! Update your systems and hire employees that pay a little better attention!

I work here and they are the worst hub I've seen. They won't let you work extra hours but they let the managers work. I have been on every shift and have seen 3 managers work 3 hours straight. It's not right or fair.
