My first and last trip to this store. I just totally quit seeking greatness in people. The prices were okay. Well stocked. It was the ugly spirited, lazy staff for me. Genesis need a complete course on customer service and how to dress coming to work. Tacky unprofessional horrible attitude. Pay more for professional. It would be worth it

I had a disappointing experience today. The first lady didn’t know how to process the coupon, and the second lady wasn’t much better in terms of attitude. She told me to enter my phone number, and the coupon worked right away, but the customer service from both of them was really lacking. Receipt says “Genesis”, so I assume it’s one of their names.

We had an amazing experience at USA Beauty! Everything is decently priced! Ms. Susie in the Wig Department was extremely sincere and helpful when my grandmother and I came. If you need any help with finding a wig or need advice in general, go see Ms. Susie❤️!!
