Had an appointment(07/2/2025)and arrived about 10 minutes before just to wait 20 minutes past my appointment(30 minutes+). Didn’t really mind. Once called upon and after showing needed documents as per the DPS website, the clerk refused them because she has never dealt with a similar case. When explaining that these were the documents needed according to my case on the website, she refused to acknowledge it. If she lacks experience in all types of passport applications, then she shouldn’t be the one to process them.

So I'm old and I had an important package I wanted to send and just a particular way. There was one beautiful lady at the counter. And I had to ask her a number of questions and she walked me through the process and helped me get it done with such patience and gentleness. There are great people in the world. She also had to step aside to help some people with some more complicated paperwork issues. She never missed a lick. She did the post office proud

Went in for a passport appointment and was a few minutes late. Lady told us we needed to reschedule, which is fine, we were late. However she was super rude and dismissive. Not saying you have to bend rules to help us, just don’t be rude for no reason. Went back and asked another lady at the front and she was helpful and told us to come back early in the morning to get it done.

The workers here are *extremely* rude and unprofessional. The website says they accept walk ins for passports, yet they give you conflicting information in person. They didn’t want to help me because it “might hold up the line” with absolutely no one else in the line or building.

The Counter clerks are all rude with nasty attitudes. The black female clerks are clearly racist as well. They forget that they work for us and they aren’t doing us a favor by being there. If I could go to zero stars I would.

The lady stable my important paper work . She ruin my paper work because she was being lazy , she was Hispanic . The last time the African lady made me copies and didn’t do that .

I don't appreciate how one treats new customers who have never used a post office before. The employee seems to bother to educate and answer question. Like you are there to help. please

They deserve the one star and honestly to be shut down. Took them over a week to get me my key for my mailbox and now I have two weeks of mail missing and they have no idea where it is.
