Be careful with certain mail carriers. Mine is a thief and this is the final straw. They stole my package yesterday by scanning it making it say it was delivered then when i reported them to the usps online they put an empty box in my mailbox and took the items for themselves. I will be going up there in person monday to complain and get a po box for free or else.... i want my damn packages and thankfully both companies are willing to send replacements since i was expecting a second that hasnt shown up yet either.i cant believe they dont background check these people. Shes thief and a druggie

Someone really needs to darken the pale gray lettering for the sign on the pale yellow building. I pass right in front of the building and couldn't see the name on the building. I looked for the address instead. No flag outside or mail boxes to represent that it is a Post Office.

Since January I dropped off a package and it was never processed and my package was never recovered! I dropped another package off to the lady at the counter and before I could leave the office she stopped me stating my shipping label needed to be replaced and I just gave it to HER less then a minute of handing it over to HER! It looks to me like someone tried to rip the label off my package! I’m so irritated by the money and supplies lost to our company on things like this

I have to honestly say I hate going to the post office there are usually long lines and the customer service is usually not great. But if the Post Offices around the USA had more people like Tony working there it would be amazing. Tony helped me with my large box that was too big for my items. He also helped me print my return label and my package was ready to ship. I noticed how patient he was helping a lady get her passport together he was so nice. I appreciate him for being professional and kind. I usually leave the post office frustrated but not today I left with a smile.

Employee Paulie was completely uncooperative and extremely rude. I work at an apartment community that delivers its own mail to residents. Today I took my lunch to visit the post office because our mail carrier picked up “out going mail” by mistake thinking it was RTS. I wanted to try to get in touch with the carrier and see if we could avoid it being reprocessed.(Checks for rent often are sent to us via usps so the urgency was immense) Since there is no phone number for my actual post office and since the customer service number had a 1 hour wait I decided to drive up there myself. I spoke to Paulie who did not even attempt to act like he cared about the situation. “Is there no way to get In touch with the carrier?” I pleaded. To which I recieved a “There’s nothing we can do”. At which point I’m told to just wright down our property information. Words could not describe how unapologetically rude he was. I write down my property address and phone number. Paulie then goes out of his way to mentions that if the driver has already put the mail in a outgoing box that nothing can be done. At this point it is obvious time is of the essence. I ask if there is a supervisor that could help me. He stated she was on lunch and would not provide me with a number. It’s at this point in the conversation where someone else in the mail room states to Paulie “don’t worry I got your back buddy” as if I am trying to get anyone in trouble, which was not at all my intentions, I just wanted someone to try to get ahold of this carrier. It’s at this point I leave the post office completely humiliated and with no answers. As I am driving I see a carrier delivering mail... I flag her down, jump out of my car, quickly try to sum up the story and plead with her if there was anyone I could call to help me. She immediately says “oh you spoke to Paulie, huh? I’m sorry” she then gives me a supervisors number who immediately answers the phone, I then give her a brief summary of what I am trying to accomplish, not even diving into my horrific experience. She asks for a description of our carrier and stated she knew who he was and would immediately call him. BOOM. That’s all I needed! At this point I drive back to the post office to verify the employees name who I spoke to. As I stand at the end of the line, waiting, Mr. Paulie addresses me, in front of everyone ahead of me waiting to send mail, “how can i help you” in the most insincere, demeaning manor possible. I stated I just wanted to verify his name for when I speak to his manager. He points to his sign and with too much confidence proudly announce his name, as if my experience was all something they’d joke about after work. Completely shocked and utterly disappointed in my experience with this employee. Again, I had to flag down a driver who was able to immediately assist me without an attitude and immediately knew what employee gave me zero help and 100% attitude at the post office.
