Love this place before when Greg and Lisa was there exceptional service always kind and willing to privided you best service rest dnt care , overcharging you , cuz when another Post office was way less.
On top she was so rude.

Always a solid staff, safe area, good explanation of the shipping packets and easier to wrap items without interfering with the different customers in line. Very conveniently located as well.

Third time in a month that I mailed a large envelope at this office. First from Arlington to Odessa Tx. It sat 5 days in Arlingto, then to Ft. worth, then to Dallas then to Nashville. then to Odessa took 8 days. Second mailed large envelope from Arlington to Lubbock sat 6 days at Arlington, then moved to Coppell and still hadn't made it to Lubbock in 8 days. It was supposed to arrive in 4 days. Never again will I mail USPS.

I dropped a passport to be mailed at this location. It was sent priority mail to arrive in two days. Seven days later and the envelope just left Dallas. Unacceptable.

It's been two weeks since I requested the key to my mailbox, he tells me to come back on such a day and when I go it's not listed and they send me to go another day, besides the lady who attended me rude and impatient, I have an email that I haven't been able to get out because they haven't given me my key

I started coming since November because the lock on my mailbox didn't work, it took them a month to give me new keys when I told them that the mailbox was the problem, I tried to open my mailbox with the new keys and oh surprise, they didn't work either, we just started 2025 and I still have no answer, no keys and they haven't changed the lock.

Claimed delivered on a package through a “parcel locker”, never was a key inside the mailbox to open any locker. Went to USPS to inquire more information, just to be told it was basically out of their hands and that they cannot find the package. This is the second time it has happened, where the first time they were much better, this time super unhelpful.
I had to take it up the Seller, but the Seller needed an official statement about the package from USPS. Which over many times inquired about, denied with it just being “company policy” to not give ANY written statements. The people asked were getting increasingly frustrated and unhelpful from their brief responses on what to do next. I’ve had too many issues with this specific USPS to count, for which I’ll be using another service instead.
Which adding, their service online is awful and over many months have not been able to work. Where we try to do it in person, getting told they are unable to file it in person.

Ms.Brenda provided the most professional, empathetic, efficient assistance I’ve received in the state of Texas at a place of business in my 6 yrs of living here. She not only kept her word, by following up with me regarding my Mail concerns ,she’s also very knowledgeable and gave me peace mind during the post office’s busiest time of the year. Thank you Ms. Bennet and you should be celebrated for your hard work and excellent customer service!
