I too mailed off a $2,000 check and a iphone and the check usps tracking info says its still in transit. I certified my letter on the 17th of July and was supposed to arrive by the 21st of July 2025. Now its July 28th, 2025 and the tracking status still says its in transit to the next mail facility.

Twice now, letters I placed in the closed drop-off mailbox have been stolen and used to fraudulently access my credit card information. I suspect that other individuals may also be victims of similar theft.
Based on the timing and pattern of the fraudulent activity, it appears that a local USPS employee may be involved. The stolen information has been used to make online purchases and dine at restaurants near Cooper Street.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to prevent further incidents. Please let me know how I can assist in the investigation.

Horrible customer service easily worse postal office I’ve dealt with been up here back and forth for 4 months trying to get a mailbox key they’ve gave me the wrong key several excuses why they still haven’t gave me correct key every time I come several customers upset and not being helped professionally or correct not just me would be lower then 1 star if possible

This place is a joke, I’ve came here so many times having issues on even getting a mail box key assigned to me that yet alone took forever, the key they provided me was absolutely wrong and didn’t work to the mailbox they assigned me to. I didn’t have the time due to personal reasons so it took me about 3 weeks to bring my key up there and ask what’s the issue and the lady at the front always has an ugly attitude, actually both of the lady’s always have bad attitudes never helpful making you feel “dumb” it’s gross behavior. Pretty sad the the people in their waiting in line came up to me to state that they lady was rude to them as well. If you hate your job go find a new one!

Wow very lazy... would not even get off the chair to look in the back. Rude and unfriendly workers. They hate being there clearly.

Waited 45 minutes for someone to come to the hold mail window if that was not bad enough the attitude of the attendant was as if I an the other 5 people in line were imposing on his time

Postman ran off as soon as I opened the door, I waited for him as I know my packet requires my signature. He just ran from the very job he signed up to do, I wonder if he is okay.

Who's is running this establishment. They have one person working the front and a line of 15 waiting.
No apologies for the wait.
No asking for help up front.
People are seen walking aimlessly in the back from the front. Hate to say it but looks like they need some fresh young hires in the building.
In line for 30+ minutes (with 4 people in front of me)
Literally zero pride shown in their work. Faces and body language say it all.

Delivered an insured package to the wrong address, i have a letter from this post office clearly stating fault but the claims system seems to be set up to just deny every claim, bunch of crooks.

Dropped of several invitations in the large mailbox in the front over 3 weeks ago. None of my invitees received the invitation. They were all addressed to people around DFW area. I knew they couldn't be tracked but when I went to the desk to ask questions they kept repeating there was nothing they could do and didn't care.

I’m giving a 3 star because last time I went to the post office I was helped by a wonderful lady.
But I took off stars because my package said delivery attempted but no access to location. I literally watched the usps driver drive up to my mailbox and that notification came not too long after. The items to be delivered definitely fit in my mailbox so I don’t know what the issue was. Now I have to wait till Monday. Gosh I hate sounding like a cry baby but it’s kinda inconvenient.
