If you supposedly can't deliver a package and have options on the form you leave in the mailbox to have it redelivered, the assumption is that it will be delivered another day. That, of course, did not happen. I have had several issues with this location and someone needs to make some changes fast. You guys need to get it together because this is beyond ridiculous.
Here we go again. I'm editing because this is STILL an issue. Now my packages can't be delivered because a vehicle is in the way...a vehicle that was parked in the same spot when the mail was delivered the previous day. And supposedly this the third warning. I would like to know when warnings 1 and 2 happened?Unbelievably lazy. If you don't want the job, please find employment elsewhere. How is this place still operating???

worst customer service. I went to ask a question. about my mail and the lady at the counter (black thin lady with dreads) was very rude and impatient. she didnt even let me finish my sentence and rushed me off.

Always expect a wait time when there is only one cashier working. The cashier wasn’t friendly nor did she greet me. I was able to get the tracking number I needed for my packages though.

No communication about cancelled passport appointment. Waited 45 minutes for them to say that she was on lunch. If you can avoid this location, do so at all costs.

My son had an appointment at 12:45pm for a passport. They supposedly called and canceled and wanted to squeeze us in at 2pm. He never received a call. We waited over an hour before we were told this ignorant crap. Do not come here for a passport. Very disappointed.

Went to shipped return items . This was my first time returning with a QR code the older black lady was very rude about it . I explained this was my first time doing this and made me get in line twice without explaining why ? Like just explain the process for me . Thankfully another worker helped me and was patient with me . Never felt humiliated walked out crying .

If you can send your package thru other delivery services do it. This place is the worst to trust your items. My sister in law sent some stuff for me that I needed to Chicago. She paid for express delivery to get in 2 days. She sent June 6 and just got this package today June 16 It took them 10 days. This is ridiculous. She definitely needs a refund for this.

I missed receiving a package that needed a signature so I had to do a redeliver request, but I chose the pick up option and I received the email confirmation for the pick up date. Went to the post office and the lady said they didn’t have my package and said since its “redelivery” it would be redelivered to my address even if I chose pick up. She said “make it make sense because it doesn’t.” Did not apologize and was impatient with me. I called the customer service number and the agent explained in a professional manner that the courier had mistakenly grabbed my package to be delivered, even though it was for pick up. She apologized for the mix up and told me what to expect next. The post office clerk did not even apologize and made it seem like it was my fault for not understanding. The post office did not take accountability for their mistake and did not offer a solution to fix the problem they caused.

Super unhelpful/rude tone clerk. Older black woman with little short locks. Put her in the back somewhere. I came in to ask a simple question and came out with my energy drained. USPS need to get their customer service reps and their clerks on the same page.

Every time I come into this location a lady named Stone (probably gave me a fake name) is always rude. She’s nice and friendly to men customers but very rude to majority of the lady customers. Please look into this. Because there is no reason for the sassy attitude in the post office.

If i could put 0 starts i would but this stupid they send my package to this facility i go and they say someone picked up my package and show id which is not true and plus the lady with glasses is rude she has no empathy or nothing idk why people like that are being hired.

I went to get my passport, tashiba was very helpful. I truly appreciate her respecting the appointment times.
