Bought a 2019 Suburban Premier back in July and have had morning but trouble with the vehicle. They had to rebuild the transmission 2 months after I got it. Then I've had to take it back in 2 more times to fix other transmission related issues. My infotainment center is trash, it freezes a lot and only resets by turning the SUV off for a few minutes. They are your stereotypical car dealership. The guy you seal with is just a front man and had to go back and forth to the manage for anything and everything. I would never recommend buying any vehicle from this place. I deeply regret buying this piece of crap SUV. Seriously, look elsewhere!

Purchasing a vehicle from Vandergriff Chevrolet, was the easiest I have ever bought a truck. Wendy Martinez was ready for our appt and had paperwork ready. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Esteban (sp) in finance was the quickest I have ever had the pleasure in a finance office. If you’re looking for a new car or truck, look for Wendy Martinez either by phone or in person. They also have a very big selection. Their pricing is very competitive, I looked for a truck for 3 months. The one I purchased wasn’t even on the lot yet. One day later it was ready to go!

I went in to get a trade-in value on a 2016 Cadillac SRX with only 62,000 miles. The vehicle is in mint condition and they offered me $8000. I went to another dealership that had already offered me 10,640 so obviously these people are offering wanting less for your vehicle. After I showed him this offered, I got from another dealership then they wanted to negotiate. Why would you lowball a customer like this and then want to negotiate? This should raise a red flag to everyone that wants to deal with this dealership.

After looking for a car for a couple of weeks and visiting several dealerships, we found the car at Vandergriff Chevrolet and immediately noticed the difference in service. Our salesman, Darvan Omer, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which made the entire process easy and comfortable.
The finance process was smooth and straightforward thanks to Kegan Edwards, who explained everything clearly and kept things moving. Overall, it was a great car-buying experience, and I highly recommend these gentlemen and Vandergriff Chevrolet.

Jameson was extremely professional, a great listener, and very helpful in assisting us with the setup of our new chevy Z71. He connected the Bluetooth, brought the car out to us, and even changed the license plates.
He maintained a positive attitude the entire time, smiling and clearly explaining everything we needed to know. He encouraged us to call him personally with any questions and provided his business card with his phone number and email.
Jameson is truly a pleasure to work with customer service 110%, hands down. Thank you, Mr. Jameson.

If you do go purchase from them and they say they put on “new tires” for a car you just bought - I wouldnt believe it.
Recently bought a suburban that was supposedly getting new tires for to accommodate my newborn twins. A week after driving the suburban a tire literally popped while sitting in traffic on I-20. When I pulled over for to change the tire, the mobile tire company attendant asked me “did. The dealership say they put new tires on the car”
I confirmed yes.
He said the tire that popped was dry rotted. And he would bet the others were too! He followed me to my home where he looked at each tire - and confirmed they were in the exact same condition.
After making it clear that I was buying that vehicle to accommodate my newborn twins.
So yeah - took it to Friendly Chevrolet and they took care of me. Just go there as a matter of fact. Go where your safety is more important than making a sale.

Service side was good but I want to mention something from when I bought the vehicle back in March. A big concern for my wife was the availability of loaner vehicles if we ever needed our vehicle serviced and we were told by our sales guy Daniel that loaners are not a problem they have plenty of them well fast forward to today when I need to have some issues fixed I am on a waiting list for a loaner to become available so I can get these issues fixed. So right off the bat we were lied to. I was told by the service advisor they had 10 loaners and thousands of customers 10 loaners isn’t plenty of loaners in my opinion. Not that the dealership cares they made the sale by lying to us but I won’t be recommending Vandergriff Chevrolet any time soon to buy a vehicle from
