Door is locked when I get there. Have to ring a bell. Dude opening the door looks me up and down as I walk in. I have to sit and wait 10 minutes while no one is in the building. Lady has to call to make sure she can even give me a card replacement for my expired card. I was told by the call center I could get my expired card replacement same day here, system was down so it isn't even fully processed as I leave and I could only get it through the mail. Gonna take a week. Feels unorganized and I left frustrated.

Alert !!! FEES, FEES and MORE FEES. Want a debit card? That'll be $10. Sorry, we canceled your card without you knowing, because we can... want another one? That'll be $10. Don't use your card? Bummer, That'll be $15. Want to throw your money away? Bank here. Don't get me wrong, there are great people that work here and will help you all they can during business hours - but their business hours are the same hours most people work and they are held prisoner by their bank policies. This bank will not last much longer with all their fees.... eventually, without change, the public will become wise to these policies and stop banking here.
