From top to bottom, the entire staff genuinely cares about the animals they treat.
Everyone at the front desk is wonderful! We usually have the pleasure of scheduling and checking-in with Mary Ann, she is an absolute ray of sunshine and always makes calling or coming in a warm experience! (Which truly sets the tone for the visit)
On a regular first visit with our younger dog, Samara.. who is strong, high-energy, and not the easiest to restrain… multiple vet techs stayed 10 to 20 minutes past the start of their lunch break just to work together on her wellness exam. I overheard them singing to her at one point in an attempt to keep her calm while drawing blood and instantly knew I brought my dog to the right place!
More recently, our older dog, Sadie had TPLO surgery.
Shannon and the entire surgery team has gone above and beyond with her prep-op & post-op care. When I called with an update that she had finally peed after surgery, I could literally hear the whole office celebrating in the background. Shannon also personally came out to our car to listen to Sadie’s lungs when I called worried about a cough and helped reassure us that she was healthy and healing.
My mother-in-law originally recommended this clinic to us, and now I will recommend them to everyone I know.
Their pricing is reasonable, and the level of care is exceptional. You can truly feel how much they love the animals and what they do.”

Addressed all my concerns and is a very affordable place to take your fur kid. They tell you step by step where you are with the bill. Which I find very helpful. No last minute surprises when paying. They treated my cat with respect and were so gentle. They were even able to trim her nails... which is a chore! Highly recommend.”
“Dr. Walker and his team are wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable. We have been taking our dog to him since 2017. In 2020, our dog had an emergency that required an immediate surgery. It was around Christmas and we knew most vet offices would be closed. We called Dr. Walker's office and he told us to bring our dog in early morning of Christmas Eve. Our dog survived because of him. I can't imagine taking our dog anywhere else. Dr. Walker is one of the reasons we never want to move.”

“If you are looking for a veterinary team that will truly care about your pet, not just as a patient but as part of your family, I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. A simple five-star review doesn’t feel like enough to describe how grateful my family and I are for the care they have given our dog, Coco.
We originally came in scared and worried, not knowing exactly what was wrong or what we were going to be facing. From the very beginning, they treated Coco with so much care, but they also treated us with patience, kindness, and compassion.
Coco is completely blind and getting a little older, so she needs extra patience and reassurance, especially somewhere unfamiliar where she cannot see what is happening around her. One of the things that has meant the most to us is seeing how incredibly gentle and caring everyone is with her. They take their time with Coco, help her feel safe, and never make her seem like she is difficult or an inconvenience because she needs a little extra care.
They also took our concerns seriously, answered our many questions, explained things to us, and never made us feel like we were bothering them, even during an incredibly stressful and emotional time.
What started as a visit because we knew something wasn’t right eventually became something much bigger, and Coco needed surgery. Having to leave her and trust someone else with her was incredibly difficult for us. But throughout everything, I felt that Coco was not just another patient to them. She was being cared for by people who genuinely wanted her to be okay.
There are so many little things they have done that I will remember: the communication, the patience when I was worried, the updates, the willingness to answer yet another question, and especially the way they cared for Coco when she needed them the most.
We are still going through her recovery and waiting for some answers, but regardless of what comes next, I already know how thankful I am that Coco ended up in their hands.
And maybe the best review of all comes from Coco herself. Every time we return for a checkup, she is happy and excited to be there. For a completely blind dog who has been through examinations, treatments, surgery, and recovery, I think that says more about how safe and loved they make her feel than anything I could write.
When someone takes care of an animal you love so deeply, they are taking care of a piece of your family. That is exactly how I feel they have treated Coco.
To everyone who has cared for our girl: thank you for taking care of her, for putting up with one very worried dog mom ❤, and for showing our entire family so much kindness when we needed it most.

“15 minutes after I arrived home from my wife's hip injection, I was taking my cat to the ER as it looked like she had a problem with one of her canine teeth. The first ER said they weren't an ER (they are), then my normal vet was at lunch, so I called I-20.
Not only could they see her, but their dental vet, Dr. Bloom, was there that day. My cat had broken a tooth almost completely off somehow. Dr. Bloom took her into surgery to remove what was left and get her stitched up and slightly UNDER the original low end of the estimate. So far my cat's recovering well. I could not be happier with I-20 and Dr. Bloom!”
