“My vet is semi retiring and transferred her clinic to this facility. In the confusion to get help for my dog, I accidentally called another vet clinic in Arlington with the same name and they told me to just come without an appointment because my 15 1/2 year old dog was having breathing issues. I ended up figuring out I called the wrong place when I showed up here. When I explained what happened, they said just come on in and we’ll see your baby. Dr. Heather Olge and the vet tech Jennifer were so kind. The woman sitting at the front immediately put me in a room and I hardly waited to see the vet tech or the vet. I can’t say enough how well they treated my dog and me. Dr. Olge explained things so I could understand, made sure to ask what we wanted for our dog and then treated my dog so well during the examination. I was a bit stressed when I showed up and they helped me calm down. I can’t say enough about the kindness and caring of the people working here. My vet doesn’t work every day now and it’s good to know when I go regardless if she’s there, they have staff and other vets who truly care for the animals.”

“My fur baby will be turning 11 years old in March, has been going to Creekside Animal Hospital in Arlington, Texas for most of her life. The staff here are very nice and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. When she was diagnosed with cancer they coordinated with the Fort Worth Animal Cancer hospital in Fort Worth, so we were able to bring her to Arlington for some of her testing instead of having to make that drive to Fort Worth. My baby is cancer free now and I feel truly blessed in having found such compassionate vets and staff. Kudos to all of you and thank you for exceptional service.”

“I noticed one of my cats, Lucy, was only able to open her right eye halfway. I found Richter Animal Hospital through a Google search and was able to get her in quickly. The staff was very nice and Dr. Haynes was able to see her shortly after and diagnose a viral infection in her eye. They sent us home with eye drops and after 7 days her eye is all better! I think I just found our new vet!”

“Talk about a great experience. Wonderful front desk staff, wonderful techs, wonderful doctor. Never in my life have I had a vet actually SHOW me the results from a test. I got to go back and SEE my cats lab sample from under the microscope and understand exactly what the dr was talking about and understand how serious it is. When other vets just tell you, you don't fully understand and you just have to take their word for it, but the Dr here wants you to understand exactly what's going on. Was also honest and gave me a recommendation for one of the things my cat needed that I could get cheaper over the counter at the store than what he would give me. All in all my cat had testing done, got a shot, pain meds for a few days, and also special prescription food all for about $220. That's pretty good in my book! Also there's another review on here saying their "behind the scenes" was unkept- I'll just say I got to walk back there to see my cat's results and they have a well maintained facility. It's not new and shiny but it's an older building and that's how they keep their costs down I assume. But the important part is the cleanliness and care of the staff here. Come here if you're looking for a Dr who cares about their patients and is a great communicator.Edit to add that I literally watched them sanitize the room before we went in, so not sure what other reviews are talking about.”

“Agree with all the previous reviews. While the wait was a bit long they fit us in with our senior dog who was not eating well. They didn't rush through anything. Did the blood work while we were there so we could see results and get the medication needed. Dr. Jan is patient and kind with our pup and answered all my questions. While we know the end is closer then we want to admit she has prepared us and helped give us more time than we anticipated. Can't forget to mention the front office. super nice.”

“Had a great experience with gully today for my dogs dental! They were very understanding about the weather and actually got him done first since I was staying in the area (I live about 40 min away). No issues with communication, people in the office are very friendly, and I loved that they took and sent before and after pictures. Price is definitely reasonable and they broke down both the high and low end of the cost, and I think it actually ended up being less than the low end I was quoted. Very appreciative to y'all for taking such care of my sweet boy!”

“Dr. Walker and his team are wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable. We have been taking our dog to him since 2017. In 2020, our dog had an emergency that required an immediate surgery. It was around Christmas and we knew most vet offices would be closed. We called Dr. Walker's office and he told us to bring our dog in early morning of Christmas Eve. Our dog survived because of him. I can't imagine taking our dog anywhere else. Dr. Walker is one of the reasons we never want to move.”
