They were so polite and helpful. They treated my doggie and his tail looks so much better. He finally got some much needed relief. I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Tobermann and his staff, they were great.”
“Dr. Nelson and his staff are a very caring and compassionate group of folks. We were visiting family in Grand Prairie as part of a cross country RV trip when our cat became very ill on a weekend. The vet fit us into his schedule at the very first opportunity on Monday. The vet tech, Kia, was compassionate and skilled when examining our 19 year old cat, Sammie. Dr. Nelson recommended a course of treatment that worked very well for Sammie. The day before, he was so sick we thought he might die overnight. Since our visit last week, Sammie has made great improvement. Of course he is a 19 year old cat, so there are certainly no guarantees of him returning to and staying at full health for long. But Dr. Nelson has given him a chance and my wife and I are grateful.”
“The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I took my little dwarf rabbit ? ?, her name is Bebe. She was feeling under the weather. She's my sweet baby girl.The med techs were so good and friendly. Dr Callie took good care of her and even gave me information as about what she can eat, explaining a lot of information about her.I will continue taking my baby BeBe to Dr. Callie.Thanks to all the staff for their support ?”
“The vet here took so much time to figure out what was wrong with my horse and I am so grateful. Other clinics were not treating the actually problem they basically "put a bandaid" on it so. He would be ok for a short time and then the problem recurred over and over (for several years). This hospital took time to figure out the cause not just treat the symptoms.”
