Truly enjoyed the client centered emphasis that Video General utilized with us. They were our whole home automation, home theate consultant and installer, window treatment, security contractor, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Scott Rathbun and his team worked on our new house construction. I have built two other large houses and have learned a lot by practically being on the ground in those construction projects. Therefore Scott was up against someone who knew enough to be dangerous and who wanted all the very latest technology built into the house. Scott worked very well with us as we pushed the technology envelope by having whole house computer controlled lighting, video, sound, security, HVAC etc systems. The best thing about working with Video General was that they were willing and interested in looking at and using the very latest technology. However they were also very aware of the cost of doing this. One of the most important things was to have a whole house wi-go network capable of 1000 mbps which was fiber delivered to the house.Having used a number of different audio/video sub contractors I would definitely us Scott again. One of the main reasons is that the technology is changing so rapidly that you need someone who can give you a “one stop” solution.In addition you need a company that is honest with their quotes and that has people who are not only efficient with what they are doing but who also make sure they keep the workspace clean and tidy.
