Terrible service. None of the workers seemed like they knew how to do anything nor were they really doing work. They sent in my order saying we would get it in two weeks. After two weeks we called and the lady said they didn’t have time to look for my glasses and would call back sometime that week. They never called back. And they never changed the lenses.

DO NOT GO THERE.The employee who was taking my measurements was high on marijuana and made many mistakes like mixing my prescription with my sister’s. And after waiting 2 weeks without glasses the crap I received made me dizzy. They also stole my original lenses. Simply said “It didn’t come with the package” HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.
Edit: The edge finish of the new lenses were horrendous and the lenses were loose on the frame. I haven’t been able to see for the past month because those thieves stole my original pair of lenses. I wish I never went to them and their optometrist above them. He was a different jerk. He said to me “I can’t do this all day long” when I asked him to switch the lenses in my eye exam.
You replied to this review telling me to contact you. If you really care about your customers’ happiness, you contact me. I will not bother to contact an institution that hangs up on people when we call.

Never setting an appointment here again. Second time I had an appointment and this time wanted to set it up for my son. Only the exact same thing slightly different where they only offer contact training on weekdays…….? Dumbest thing I heard about a business. Workers seems nice but the rating is off another inconvenience that I didn’t leave a review about last time. Going elsewhere…

My husband had an appointment and was told it would be a while because there was a family with 6 that was a walk in that came in before his appointment which they should of seen him when he came in not make him wait they didn't have an appointment. He left and said he will never step foot in there again

First time visitor, will never go again. Receptionist met my disabled husband & I with "we only have a 10 minute grace period." No hello, no greeting, nothing. She seemed angry, uncaring & impatient. I apologized that we were late because the Parks Mall doors are not unlocked until 10am, our appointment was at 945a. I told her this information. She responded to us that the "outside door across & on the opposite side was unlocked earlier." I did not get a confirmation text or email (showed her on my phone) & did not know about the other door or the 10 minute cancelation. I deleted our account with Visionworks & found a different friendly & helpful optometrist.

My appointment was at 1:15pm. I had arrived at 1:23pm. The black lady in the front desk told me I had a 10 mins grace period. I told her I still had 2 more mins. She had said that I had to be there before 1:25pm because of a 10 mins grace period and again I told her I still had 2 mins left. She said the doctor wasn't gonna see me because I had my 10 mins grace period and because the doctor goes to luch at 1:30pm. I won't be coming back to this location, no good customer service.

The gentlemen working were very nice and greeted me as I came in. I visited from out of town and, sorry I can't remember his name, but he helped set it up so that I can receive my new frames back home, once they are ready for pickup. I had a quick, pleasant experience.
