Bought cigarettes there, got home to bo cigs in my bag. When i went back they told me they put em in the bag and wouldn't gimme em. Shopped here for years, now I'll never go back.

How is it possible to loose your pictures TWICE IN ONE DAY. I went up there earlier today to find my photos misplaced so they remade and told me to wait 30 min I told them I would be back in an hour and 2 hours later AGAIN! MISPLACED. I Don't have time to be coming back and fourth here. Hispanic lady here acts like I'm at fault here too lol worst attitude ever!

I was in desperate need of glucose tabs today. I did a search, found Walgreens was having a sale, if you logged on and "clipped" an electronic coupon.Well, they not only didn't count the coupon, said they couldn't find it, and when I was trying to pay with my insurance Flex card and was having issues they were like "tough." Both at the pharmacy and at the front check out.I went down the road to CVS, where I had the same issue with my Flex card, but the lady at the pharmacy spent time to help me figure out WHY it wasn't working, and when I left a few minutes to call insurance and see what the deal was, when I came back she was glad to see me and told me she had been worried about me when I left without it.HUGE difference in how you're treated just a couple blocks apart.

My doctor prescribed oxycodone tables for my pain, I am dependent on medication to control my pain. I was told 5 days ago that the medication is on order. Today I checked back with Walgreens pharmacy and was told that it was on back order and they did not know when if ever they would get it in stock. The employee I talked to was not concerned about my problem except to tell me to go find another pharmacy which I cannot do this month. I will change pharmacies but I will have to suffer thru this month. The doctor will not issue a duplicate prescription to another pharmacy.

Don’t fill your prescriptions here. Pharmacy techs are highly untrained. They enter inaccurate prescription information and it causes a lot of time away from work to solve the issue myself. Countless times, I’ve been told over the phone that my prescription (I only have one) will be done in 30 minutes, only to arrive and be told it’s not fillable. It’s getting worse every month. I’ve transferred my prescription to the local CVS.

Terrible experience with Covid testing. Thursday I go for my appointment and 2 hours later they're having computer problems and I end up going away with no test. So I go back Friday for my test. Mind you I can't go back to work til I get it. Now it's Monday and still no results. I have several friends also tested last week and no issues getting results in 24 hours. Test at Walmart pharmacy they got my sisters back in under 24 hrs

I reqlly like the store but have trouble with the pharmacists not wearing masks. It's the strangest thing. I see most of the other employees masked up and thought it might have been a one time experience but a friend was talking about this recently.

We stopped in at this location so my wife could get her flu shot. I'd already received mine previously. The sign in process was quick and easy and there was very little wait. The pharmacy staff was so friendly and helpful. We'll definitely return to this location again very soon.

Had a terrible experience there today by the young incompetent man working the drive through window. I gave him my ID and told him I needed a refill on my prescription, (there's literally only one drug I've ever had prescribed, so it should be common sense that's the drug I want refilled). Then he asked me the specific name of the drug, and after I told him I don't know. He shrugged said "well" (like well what do you expect me to do) and started getting rude. I had to explain to him that it should be on file from the last time I had it filled. Long story short,he needs some training on customer service and how to operate a computer.

This Walgreens pharmacy tried to kill my son by giving him medicine with dye in it that is clearly noted on his account as an allergy that if he comes in contact with can kill him. I have been on the phone with the pharmacy for 37 minutes and counting and my husband in the drivethru for an hour while they are scattering to find another alternative. When I asked why they would fill it in the first place seeing his note regarding his allergy in the first place the tech replied

Super friendly staff...Jasmine at the checkout counter went above and beyond!!! So much so that I only brought (4) 20.00 $ bills with me and my total rang up at 82 and change...she didn't even hesitate to pull 2nucks outta her pocket to help!
