Not all pharmacies and pharmacists are created equal. Kelly and the team at this pharmacy are head and shoulders above and beyond the experiences I have had at other Walgreens. Both the customer service and the actual service I received here brightened my day and helped me remember that there are people who DO care. From filling my prescription on the spot to actually consulting me (as opposed to just swiping a badge) about the medication I was receiving and making sure that I was informed, Kelly and her team provided a level of service that is just not common and is so sorely missed. I can, without hesitation or reservation, recommend this Walgreens as opposed to any other others I have visited.

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. They're rude as can be and they are never in a hurry. It's hard be treated with disrespect when you're just there to get life saving medicines.

Hands down the worst pharmacy i have ever used. Every month it is a struggle to get my prescription. They don’t communicate and it takes absolutely forever to get a prescription i need every day, they have taken so long before that I run out and have to struggle through till they finally get it filled.

I usually go inside it’s much better, but did drive-thru today. Pharmacy Techs are rude, if you don’t like your career choice find a new one. I was the only one in line and was rushed. The male Pharmacist was called over to explain what the medication is used for and couldn’t even explain, do better.

Horrible, Horrible and more Horrible. Clueless wonders there at the pharmacy. My podiatrist put a prescription and they can not find it. Moreover, they ask for unbelievable information that is not needed. Avoid. Go to CVS. I can see my Walgreens is closing down so many stores!

I have been going to this Walgreens for years and have a monthly RX. I sent my hubby to pick it up and he was told by the pharmacy it was too big to fit thru the drive-thru window and he had to come inside to pick it up. This is total BS as the box is smaller than a slice of bread. I went an hour later and was able to get the RX via the drive-thru. Do better and be honest. If you do not want to serve your customers thru the drive thru, close it.

I walked in the store and the cashier was on a personal phone call, and distracted. I don't shop at Walgreens but I came to use the money services and atm, the atm was out of order and the cashier didn't know how the money services worked, and proceeded to call another person who was also confused. Very frustrating experience

It was 9:30 p.m. at night and a Thursday the store was closing at midnight. I asked Jorge to let me use the restroom. He refused saying it closed at 9:00 p.m. I told him they have never close the restroom before the store since I've been there. I told him it was an emergency I'm diabetic and I was painful I needed to go to the restroom. He still refused. I wonder if I can sue this company for causing me pain and grief. Maybe they'll change their policies and leave the store open for other patrons who need to use it this is inhumane practice enough part of Walgreens in there associates. You think they'd have more concern for their patrons. Very rude and hospitable was this employee .

I see terrible reviews and I want to share my experience. The store staff is lovely and the pharmacy was able to help me with my prescription and go above and beyond. Regina and Ella are fantastic pharmacists. There are a couple of employees that work here that are rude and unhelpful but it doesn't compare to the job the kind employees do.
