If I could give this store zero stars I would! The worst customer service in the pharmacy department that I've ever experienced! Unbelievable!

I have been going to this Walgreens for years and have a monthly RX. I sent my hubby to pick it up and he was told by the pharmacy it was too big to fit thru the drive-thru window and he had to come inside to pick it up. This is total BS as the box is smaller than a slice of bread. I went an hour later and was able to get the RX via the drive-thru. Do better and be honest. If you do not want to serve your customers thru the drive thru, close it.

I walked in the store and the cashier was on a personal phone call, and distracted. I don't shop at Walgreens but I came to use the money services and atm, the atm was out of order and the cashier didn't know how the money services worked, and proceeded to call another person who was also confused. Very frustrating experience

It was 9:30 p.m. at night and a Thursday the store was closing at midnight. I asked Jorge to let me use the restroom. He refused saying it closed at 9:00 p.m. I told him they have never close the restroom before the store since I've been there. I told him it was an emergency I'm diabetic and I was painful I needed to go to the restroom. He still refused. I wonder if I can sue this company for causing me pain and grief. Maybe they'll change their policies and leave the store open for other patrons who need to use it this is inhumane practice enough part of Walgreens in there associates. You think they'd have more concern for their patrons. Very rude and hospitable was this employee .

I agree, rude pharmacist! I avoid the drive - thru. Bad people skills, I had to request the manager to get decent service. ?

I see terrible reviews and I want to share my experience. The store staff is lovely and the pharmacy was able to help me with my prescription and go above and beyond. Regina and Ella are fantastic pharmacists. There are a couple of employees that work here that are rude and unhelpful but it doesn't compare to the job the kind employees do.

That tragic looking ginger kid should be nicer to customers because he can't get by on his looks or charm, that's for sure. The store was crowded with not enough workers and the employees that were on duty were just standing around. The store was also unorganized and dirty. I'll drive to CVS next time, this place is NOT a friendly neighborhood Walgreens!

Hit and miss service, always a shortage on medication due to vendor. Nope, inventory monitoring and ordering is the problem because other locations have medication in stock.

Kelly in the pharmacy was AWESOME tonight. They didn't have one of my several prescriptions in stock and she went out of her way to make sure that she could find something nearby, call them, even checking their hours and making sure I could get my medication. She literally called like 4 stores for me. She had the best attitude even though she was working on a Friday night. She genuinely cares about the customer and has very good people skills. Give this girl a promotion!

Trudy has the nastiest attitude ever. The entire store gets a 0 out of 10 because of her And it hasn't been just this one time! . No matter if it's over the phone or in person she disgusting . I drove an extra 20 minutes to avoid having to speak with such a vial person. Hire staff that actually want to be there please because the next person may not come to YELP but may go up there and tell TRUDY directly.

Scheduled my COVID booster shot on line since they offered the Moderna booster. Completed all of the forms on line with their ap before going. Told the tech that I had an appointment for 11:40 and had completed the forms online. The tech didn't even look and instead gave me pages to fill out! She wore her mask below her nose and then pulled it down around her neck! Totally useless! When I told her again that I had completed online, she looked and then grabbed the forms she had given me and wadded up. Then I was told to go the the other end and wait. And wait we did! Sat for 25 minutes before the pharmacist came out to give me the booster. I had wanted to avoid being around people as much as possible but didn't work here!
