After 2 years of being on the same meds it’s taken 2 weeks and still nothing to get a rx resolution. Zinde who said he was the store manager said if I didn’t like the pharmacy and how busy they were I should switch stores or companies.

As I write this I have been waiting in line for the drive-thru pharmacy for more than 30 minutes. This extremely long wait is ridiculous.

This is the cleanest Walgreens I’ve ever been to. The store manager, Leslie, was so incredibly nice and has a great attitude.
I will make this my home store now for sure!

The pharmacy area, kept me for more than 22 minutes on hold. Every two to three minutes they picked up the phone to put me back on hold. I couldn't believe the lack of care of customer service.

I went to Walgreens at about 12:45 a.m. and needed help getting the laundry pods. The short heavy set Hispanic lady who is working was extremely rude about having to open the laundry pod case. I then saw that there were cheaper ones that were not locked up and said never mind, I'll get these. She got a horrible attitude with me. She has the worst demeanor and is not a friendly customer service person. You should probably find better people to work nights, Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff is always very nice friendly and they try to get your prescription out on time. I love the fact that they're 24 hours that's a good thing in this day and age where so many things are not. Overnight shift workers are not prioritized in this economy anymore.

Store is clean and store personal always willing to help. I needed help with photo on one of my visits and the agent took time to not only show me but help me size, choose and print out all my photos. She just doesn't know how this senior citizen lady couldn't have done it without her. Thank you Walgreens for hiring associates that smile and love helping!

I want this Walgreens to work for me but, Nejera, the drive through customer sales worker, has ruined it for me. She is so rude and unprofessional. I have given her grace and tried to let it go but after 3 attempts I'm done. I am make a formal complaint to BBB and sharing it here too.

Well the pharmacy could do better on answering phones it’s 10:30pm and I been on hold for quite awhile with the same recording repeatedly telling me there is one calling ahead of me for the last 30 minutes
