Totally worthless and dysfunctional. I sincerely wish I never made the mistake of listing them as my preferred pharmacy. Long wait (with no one elsein the store)wrong prescription, unable to get anything but long wait and hang-up by phone.

Horrible service over the phone and in person. My doctor sent an early refill for a medication and I’ve person there told me the price of it. I sat on hold for 10 min then got disconnected. I came back and after 30 min finally spoke with a lady that told me they wouldn’t refill the medication a couple of days early. Horrible service all the way around.

Scheduled a vaccine appointment. Got there 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Left after waiting 45 minutes(they decided to prioritize the people in line before the person that got there way before those other patients), don’t come here to get your vaccines. They will leave you waiting and not care nor apologize for having you wait so long.

The absolute most horrible experience…11 people in line waiting. The slowest person (1) working the register. At least 5 people working in the back… use another person to help check us out…Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Customer NO SERVICE!!!

So slow. Waited 20 minutes just for them to get to the window, then another 20 to get my prescriptions, then they told me my insurance wasn't going through. Guy at the drive through didn't seem well trained and didn't know what he was doing. Finally just paid without insurance so I could leave. Terrible pharmacy.

I called the pharmacy to check on my RX that I have been waiting on for 16 days. They told me 3 different reasons why it was not ready. On the phone today the lady there at 4pm was the rudest person ever. when I told her that the other lady that works there said she would put a rush on it this lady responded "well I am not her" and we will get to it. I then told her she was very rude and I will be switching to CVS her response was "well you just go do that then " I switched this was last straw along with the slow service and bad attitudes.

This Walgreens has to be this biggest mess of understaffed idiots I have ever see . First off I stood in line in store for 1hour and 52 minutes to be told they did not have prescriptions. They were sent to another Walgreens be hospital. Came back 3 hours later to pick up prescriptions none were explained when I ask questions was told they did not have time to explain. Had to return to hospital to have them call pharmacy “Issac” the pharmacy told me he could not answer phone from doctor. “Had to be an e-Script” The phone rang for over 20 minutes while he was talking on his cell phone. Still sitting here 3 freaking hours later. He just admitted he has prescription that was sent to him at 9:38 pm. It’s now 12:27 am! I am totally discussed by the lack of competence in this so called rude pharmacist. Who has played the vanishing act for the past three hours. But the phone rings and rings and then rings more.How does this place even have one customer. I will NEVER BEBACK HERE AGAIN!

Horrible pharmacy! Stay away. They made a mistake on my medication then blamed it on me and had me wait an additional 30 minutes on top of the 4 hours it took to fill.

Trying to call and see if a medication was in stock. I’ve called several cvs no issues. Called Walgreens in Grand Prairie no issue. This location with Jorge he was so rude. Says he can’t share that information and transfer me elsewhere while I was taking to him.

I am fairly new to this Walgreens and love the service That I receive!! The texts keep me on my toes with refills and best of all - I do not have to tell everyone my birth date in front of everyone.The staff is very knowledgeable and patiently answers all my questions.

I made an appointment for a covid booster online. What I didn't know is that the person giving the shot was also the pharmacist. I waited 20 minutes before asking why the long wait. I needed to get to work. I realize the pharmacists are busy but perhaps an appointment scheduled 24 hours in advance should honored 1st?

I’ve filled my prescriptions with Walgreens for years, but after moving to the area and experiencing the terrible service at this location I’ve switched to a different pharmacy. I’ve moved a ton and had to transfer prescriptions between Walgreens locations many, many times. I’ve never had an issue. After trying for three months to get them to move my prescription I gave up. My husband has been trying for seven months now (not sure why he hasn’t switched). If you need to speak with a pharmacist, expect to wait on hold for at least ten minutes, probably 15-20. They will pick up the phone and put you back on hold multiple times. The last time I went in person, the pharmacy cashier was texting while filling my order. She ignored me for a while before even looking up from her phone and continued to text during my encounter with her. It seems that this store is actively trying to drive away business. The only reason for the second star is that the store itself is clean and what you’d expect to find at most other Walgreens locations.

Slow drive-thru for pick. It’s almost like people drive thru to drop off a new prescription and sit and wait for their prescription to be filled! The staff is rude and inconsiderate as well. Ridiculous!

Stay away from this place. I had to wait an extra 2 hours because one of their technicians shift was about to end so he was desperate to take off… they lost my prescription, plus submitted my prescription wrong and messed up the order, so they had to send me to another pharmacy the next day. Unreal!

Why does this Walgreens leave you on hold for over 30 mins they never say hi can you hold they just answer and immediately you hear that annoyed song. A simple yes or no Question that will take no more than 2 minutes and Im in hold for a ridiculous amount of time.
