Horrible staff! Pharmacy is not on task. After supposedly updates my insurance. To pick up med 30 minute. I go 3 hrs. Later not ready. Well ok I'll go back tomorrow stop on my way home. After literally a beat down 12 hrs. Shift. At work. They weren't sure if they had it. Comes back to the window. Can you come back in 30 minutes. SERIOUSLY. WASTE OF TIME WITH THIS Pharmacy. 😡

Yea so I don't know about anybody else that works here or why you guys have terrible reviews but TRENTON NEEDS A RAISE.. bro went above and beyond just out of sheer benevolence. Trenton , as trivial as your help might seem to you or other people, it meant a lot to me , and it saved me from having to run one or two more annoying errands, thank you.

First off, the middle age lady that works in the pharmacy department, with shoulder length blonde hair needs to GO. I went there to pick a prescription and she was absolutely rude. Her customer service skills is lacking and she needs to work on it. This woman was not helpful or trying to give help, i literally had to ask her what information she was needing from me in regards to my prescription insurance card, to cover my medication, since I didn’t have it yet and I had to call. If I ever come across her again, she will get the same energy. I will definitely reach out to her manager and or corporate.

Seems like we've all had terrible experiences with the same short haired lady working in the pharmacy. She has trouble understanding numbers and gets very rude when she makes a mistake and it gets noticed. She will just say things that weren't true like my insurance only is only covering 30 tablets for 30 days when the prescription is for two a day. I had already filled this same exact prescription at this pharmacy 30 days before and now this lady is just making things up. I'm done using this pharmacy, it's close to my home but I will drive further to avoid having to deal with this pharmacy again.

If only I can give this walgreens customer service negative stars. The Employee named PATTY is an old , short blonde haired lady who was very rude with us. We went there with a very positive attitude and we got the worst attitude in return. Being a woman of color, I clearly felt racism in her behavior. Every question asked was replied in a rude and dominating tone and was not even answered properly. Hope you all hire someone who actually knows how to treat and respect customers and solve their problem instead of ruining their day.

Rudest pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Gave my name and reason for filling meds and was accused of not giving enough information and met with an aggressive tone. Never buying anything or getting service from this pharmacy again.

If I could write this pharmacy zero stars I would. First of all, everyone is so witchy and rude pretty sure you can understand what I'm actually needing to say here. Especially the pharmacist with the blonde hair. Middle age woman with short blonde hair is absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered. I have been waiting for my prescription , that they told me it would be 15 minutes for an hour in the lobby so I go up to her and I say hey I was just wondering how much longer she said. Well excuse me, I don't even know who you are so I don't know and then proceeded to ask me who I was, what my birthday was and all that jazz. I tell her and she says oh well. One is ready and we don't have the other one. We won't have it until Thursday. You mean to tell me you've sat here and watched me wait for an hour and you couldn't tell me that? I had to come and ask you while you caught an attitude? My husband calls just now because we just switched Insurance and are new insurance uses Walgreens. We wanted to call and make sure that our medication that we take monthly is in stock before our appointment In a few days.... he calls he tells her the medication and asked if they carry that and if it's in stock and she proceeds to say we can't tell you what we have in stock. Unless you have a script. He tells her what the medication is and then she proceeded to get judgy with what the prescription was. This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. Please please for the love of god go somewhere else. Everyone here is so absolutely rude and you will wait for an hour if not longer for your medication. It's not worth the time or hassle. Also to the rude blonde pharmacist, I truly hope you find a different career because the service industry is not for you. Try smiling and being polite. It will get you a long way❤️

This Store is always Organized, clean,neat and everything arranged in Excellence! And the most important part too is that, the Lady Carmen at this Walgreens Location is Extremely Outstanding Customer Service person Honestly! ? She was extremely Patient and helped me with my Need \\u0026 Situation of what i was looking for \\u0026 also wanted. I was Super impressed, excited and happy cuz i got what was an emergency need for a Family member of mine. She deserves a great awesome Stuff of the Month. She did Excellent Job and thank you so much Carmen. You one of a Kind!

Staff doesnt like doing chime deposits. They complain about having to count too many bills. They will make you wait behind people that dont have valid coupons. Then complain about giving you service.

This location is the WORST! People at the pharmacy are RUDE, I needed to buy some OTC medicine, they asked for my ID and since I’m here visiting I showed my passport and they treated me terrible as soon as they saw my foreign country.
