Not sure how this pharmacy has a lower rating, I always dread going to the pharmacy because of the wait, the lines, low inventory, and most pharmacies don’t ever answer the phone including other Walgreens apart from this one (and I’ve been to a lot of them in Arlington). This Walgreens is always on top of everything, always answer the phone within the first minute of calling, and the employees here are professional and kind people. I drive 15 minutes out of my way and pass 2 other Walgreens locations to go here because I never have to worry about a stressful experience. Some of my medications are also widely used and ALWAYS out of stock at most pharmacies, and these guys always have enough inventory to support their customers. The two head pharmacists (I don’t remember one of their names) but he and Jim are so nice, even calling me personally to let me know a shipment is coming in or when they will get something in inventory, even though his lunch had just started. Not sure why my experience is so difficult everywhere else I’ve ever gone, but these guys should offer a masterclass on how to run a pharmacy.

Every single time I go to the pharmacy I always end up with this one hispanic woman that is always so rude. Today I came to the drive-thru and she placed my medication on drawer thing slid it to me without say anything and then just turned her back toward me and starts talking to another employee. I've asked her a question before about why my medication wasn't ready when the automated machine said it would be ready after 3pm. I get there and it's sometimes it ready but the times it's not she'll say. "Well it's not ready, you waiting or come back tomorrow"? Without an apology or anything ever.

Several people waiting in line & the cashier is openly sharing her political views & negatively talking about one of the recent presidential candidates. It was an uncomfortable environment & very disrespectful to all customers. We don’t come in to hear your views on controversial topics. We come in to Walgreens and pay more for convenience & customer service. Another customer said he is getting his local church to boycott this location because of it.

Walgreens customer experience is usually not great but today was definitely the absolute best. I took my elderly mother to shop for her makeup. "Which one looks better, this one? Or this one?" Thankfully, Ms, Aday (hope I spelled that correctly), walked by.
My mom is usually not very good with people she doesn't know. However, Ms. Aday's patience won her over very quickly. Ms. Aday offered suggestions and was quite accommodating. Ms. Aday has excellent customer service skills and an infinite amount of patience.
Thank you, Ms. Aday. I appreciate everything you do.

hate the automated phone system for meds. If you call after hours and request an early date .You just get the # of a 24 Walgreens and don't have option to reject it or keep original p/u time....3 days and14 hrs later.

My sister and I got our passport photos done here. The associates were really nice and helpful. The photos look great, they were done quickly, and one associate found my sister's phone and returned it to her when she misplaced it in the store.

Went to this location to buy detergent today and received excellent customer service from a very pleasant and wonderful soul, Mrs.Lexi! This organization is extremely blessed to have her as a face of their business. I feel she is in the wrong field and she needs to be a teacher which I expressed to her. Lexi, your future can be whatever you want it to be. Not sure if your a Christian but Gods grace and love shines though your soul. Stay encouraged & know your extremely appreciated!! Keep smiling, your joy & smile is contagious and could ignite any room you walk into!

How is it possible to loose your pictures TWICE IN ONE DAY. I went up there earlier today to find my photos misplaced so they remade and told me to wait 30 min I told them I would be back in an hour and 2 hours later AGAIN! MISPLACED. I Don't have time to be coming back and fourth here. Hispanic lady here acts like I'm at fault here too lol worst attitude ever!
