RUDE PHARMACY EMPLOYEES!!! Not once but twice this lady was incredibly rude. She got very rude when I simply asked her a question. I would never recommend anyone going to this Walgreens. I wouldn't even rate it one star. If told her was being rude and she got even worse lol.. worst customer service ever

Okay so there this inconsiderate waste of oxygen that works here by the name of Christina , the Boomer heard me talking to her asking for help and she looked me dead in my face and ignored me. I had to get help from another employee I felt bad because she was getting ready to leave.

They have best pharmacy staff I have ever worked with . Kelly the pharmacist is the absolute best. Hardest worker I’ve ever seen there. Awesome

Rude pharmacy employees. I went through the drive thru and the speakers are loud and I thought she was speaking to me since I was there first. I apologized and she was soo rude. She didn't turn off the speaker and was talking about how "young people are so dumb" and I was "irresponsible" for going "late" for my daughter's prescription. If possible go to another location and save yourself from the rude attitude. I wish she had a name tag on so I'd be able to mention it.

Worst pharmacy staff including the pharmacist. Went for flu shots, said need appointment and there are none for that day available. Other Walgreens at Collins & Matlock did not ask for appointment. On the app there was an appointment for 7p but decided not to even deal with the rude ladies. Front cashier was friendly just the pharmacy needs to get better.

If I could give this store zero stars I would! The worst customer service in the pharmacy department that I've ever experienced! Unbelievable!

The older black lady that works there is horrible. Extremely rude and always seems like she is in a rush and we are bothering her with the job she signed up to do! My mother has experienced the same thing from her. Doctor sent a prescription 10/09 and she said they wouldn’t have it until NOVEMBER 10th after calling to check the status 10/10/23. They could’ve sent an email or text notifying me of that info. Then she told me to call another Walgreens to see if they had it available with no further instructions. Pathetic and she should probably find another profession that doesn’t involve dealing with the public.

I have been going to this Walgreens for years and have a monthly RX. I sent my hubby to pick it up and he was told by the pharmacy it was too big to fit thru the drive-thru window and he had to come inside to pick it up. This is total BS as the box is smaller than a slice of bread. I went an hour later and was able to get the RX via the drive-thru. Do better and be honest. If you do not want to serve your customers thru the drive thru, close it.

I walked in the store and the cashier was on a personal phone call, and distracted. I don't shop at Walgreens but I came to use the money services and atm, the atm was out of order and the cashier didn't know how the money services worked, and proceeded to call another person who was also confused. Very frustrating experience

It was 9:30 p.m. at night and a Thursday the store was closing at midnight. I asked Jorge to let me use the restroom. He refused saying it closed at 9:00 p.m. I told him they have never close the restroom before the store since I've been there. I told him it was an emergency I'm diabetic and I was painful I needed to go to the restroom. He still refused. I wonder if I can sue this company for causing me pain and grief. Maybe they'll change their policies and leave the store open for other patrons who need to use it this is inhumane practice enough part of Walgreens in there associates. You think they'd have more concern for their patrons. Very rude and hospitable was this employee .

Worst pharmacy staff I have ever experienced. Every single time I pick up my medication every month it's wrong. They check the note from my doctor, realize that it's wrong bc then when they try to find the medication, I'm actually on they don't have it so I'm always late on taking my pills. Hate this place

Lazy employees, close before posted hours and generally worthless. If you don’t HAVE to go here, don’t. The circle K off brown and Collins is more reliable.

You should fire the entire evening crew at this place. The pharmacist assistant was so interested in getting off then helping the client. They refused to look for my insurance, my medicines are covered by my insurance but because of the lazy and rude evening crew I had to pay $60 for something that was covered. I understand being ready to get off, but don’t go to work if you don’t want to work. Find any other Walgreens than this one. Lamar pharmacy crew is nice and attentive. They SUCK!!!

I went in to grab my prescription and noticed that I was in a spot to go ahead and grab my wife a gift for our anniversary. I grabbed a couple of gift cards, couple books and a card. I proceed to the checkout. The cashier scans all my items and I’m ready to pay. The cashier asked me if I’m paying debit, credit or cash. I stated credit then she proceeded to ask me for my ID. I asked why and The cashier excuse was there’s a lot of theft in the area regarding gift cards. I re-assured the cashier that I’m not stealing these gift cards. I am purchasing them from me and my wife. I asked where this written policy was and the cashier could not produce such policy. This was an employee-based policy not even a Walgreens policy. I was ready and willing to spend $130, but they would not let me proceed to buy them without showing my ID. One of the greatest things about America is you get to choose where to spend your money. I simply told them that I will go and spend my money elsewhere and that’s what I did. I drove across the street to Walmart. I picked out some great gifts on such short notice. I spent a little over $200. I paid more than what I would’ve paid at Walgreens. With the way that Walgreens treated me with their horrible customer service. They’ll never get my business moving forward. I promise you it’s not tough to spend my money elsewhere, as I have a list of places, I will not spend my money because of their customer service and nothing was ever done about it once a complaint was made which is fine.
