Very rude and not even I’ll be with you, acknowledgment, or have a great day one I was helped. I think Bianca needs a class on customer service! Worst service than the SW Green Oaks store. Makes that store seem excellent!!!

The pharmacist at 12:30am 01/06/25, was very curt and impatient. I would assume his salary should afford him some common courtesy. We were trying to explain as a family of 4 adults we have different accounts. I started off by saying “I am not sure which account the prescription is under…”. Immediately he had no patience at all to let me say who needed the RX, he quickly said “Okay well I need information” before I could even begin to speak. So it’s not enough being sick, being treated rudely is part of the fun of needing medication. Thanks a lot.

The Pharmacy staff seems nice, but I'm beginning to feel that they just can not handle the level of business that this location affords them.
And looking through the reviews, I would have to say the same is true for the management, for there are zero replies to any reviews. That shows that they just do not care.
I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere.

Data to update on computer was difficult- still not updated. Delivered was not able to be completed as scheduled because update could not be done. Had to find someone to pick up

Prescription services are the worst! They will promise a time to pick up and you better give them to the next day! And then you will wait another half hour for them to pull your prescription. This pharmacy really needs organizing!!

The girl at the photo center was RUDE! My packet was incomplete when i asked her about the rest of the photographs she said that was a different order then I showed her my online order, than tried charging again after I had paid, telling me the card did not had gone through I told her the receipt was already out she just said oh. Thew it at me then went back to play with her phone. I said are we good and she just looked at me not saying a single word. Never have I ever had anyone from costumer service been so rude.

The store manager Vance has ruined my whole relationship with this Walgreens. I bought a Covid test and returned it because the test was not in the box. Vance said “oh it’s nothing I can do about that. It’s sealed” then walked off. Sir obviously it’s not because it’s missing the test. He basically said oh well, you lose your money. I had to call customer care to get my money back. I will never visit this location again.

I GOT MY PRESCRIPTION AT THIS LOCATION AND PHARMASIST GAVE ME ALL MEDICATIONS FOR 2 DAYS INSTEAD OF 10 DAYS AND CHARGED ME ALL MEDICATION, SAME BUT COMPLETE MEDICATION I REQUIRED AT CVS AND I PAID 1/4, CONCLUSION: EXPENSIVE AND IGNORANTS, THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COUNT PILLS.

Came at night to get a medication for my daughter and was told to wait 25 minutes. After 25 minutes pass, they tell me they don’t have the medicine. They call CVS to ask if they have it, which they do and tell me to drive 3 min away to pick it up. They made it seem like it was transferred already. When i come to CVS, they have not made the transfer and the pharmacist has to call Walgreens. And this Walgreens NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. beyond frustrating. Last prescription i ever fill with Walgreens.
