I was talking about a prescription with the person in charge. She said another Walgreens might have the medicine that I need. I asked if she could transfer the prescription. Her response was to wait 15 minutes while she attended someone else. She was talking to me.
What kind of service is this?

My doctor called in a prescription and spoke to the male pharmacist there at 10 this morning I decided to go up there and pick my medication up, it was 5pm. They said they never received a prescription. The funny thing is I work with the doctor that called my prescription in so I know they were lying. I saw the male pharmacist and was speaking with the only female pharmacy tech there and I was told they were short-staffed. Short staffed or not people can be in pain and need their medication and this is just a sad excuse of somebody who doesn't want to do their job! My meds have been filled at a different pharmacy and I guarantee you I'll get a call tomorrow saying my medication is ready because that is when the pharmacist will decide to fill it 🙄. Do better!

I’m giving the Walgreens Pharmacy at 8100 Matlock Rd in Arlington Texas a 1 and I wish I could give it a zero but Google won’t let me. The reason I am doing this is because the pharmacy does not respect patient privacy at all! They need to come up with a way to communicate private and sensitive information to their customers. I was at the pharmacy waiting on a vaccine and one of the pharmacy workers yelled very loudly in the drive thru window to a customer that his Trazodone was not ready. She said his whole name and everything! I was like Wow!!! Now we all know this man’s whole name and that he has a mental health diagnosis and is on an antidepressant and that his doctor hadn’t sent the prescription over yet. I’m pretty sure he didn’t want everyone to know that. Like what if some drug dealers know how to make some street drug with Trazodone and lie in wait pretending to shop and grab patients’ meds or follow them home. I know that may seem like a stretch but it’s very possible. Do better Walgreens! Teach the pharmacy staff some decency and how to communicate private patient information.

Customer service is so hard to come by these days. The pharmacy at this location is ridiculous. Not only are they not trained properly but refuse to admit to there wrong doing. If a customer is quoted one price over the phone and then told the price is $80 more up on arrival, clearly there's an issue. To be told it's your insurance.... when you entered in my order 4 times in front of me, rather you take ownership of your error, you rather pass it off as 'it's the insurance company'. This was truly a life or death situation and no concern was given. I proceeded to call the next morning after speak to my insurance company, confirming no verification was ever done by walgreens, all to be told I can go somewhere eles by a walgreens manager! The same manager who was there the previous night and refused to come out and DO HER JOB!

Since we moved to this area my husband and I are so impressed with this Walgreens. It has actually been the best Walgreens pharmacy experiences we have had. The staff is great. Very kind. Helpful. In fact, they helped us solve an issue that took a couple of days. Never were rude. Helpful. Kind. This is definitely the best Walgreens in South Arlington.

Worst place that I’ve ever seen in my life, I just checked my account that I got charged $105 for not getting anything I went back there and show them my account that the have been charging me, and manager answered I can’t do nothing about it I showed him that I got charged from them he was like call 1800 and walked away from me his names (RAY) very rood guy. But I promise that I’ll make you guys spend more than this what I got charged from your store I’ll take you guys to court and pay way more. Very bad manager very rood not even look at my account when I showed him that I’ve been charged (RAY)

I have seldom seen a more confused, ineffectual and non-communicative pharmacy. This group is unapologetic in the fact that their communication skills are sub-standard, and they are always ready to shift the blame to something that can be "out of their control". I have worked in the healthcare field for 25 years and have never seen a pharmacy so unwilling or unable to troubleshoot issues or take charge of communications when their clients' prescriptions are hanging on the result. Have no fear, Walgreens, you will soon have one less patron for which to do your job. At this point, I would trust the teenagers at the CVS down the street.
