1st time at this Wal-mart and most likely the last. Hard to find stuff i needed and the lighting sucks. It's just not set up like other locations and they didn't have what i needed when i finally found where it was supposed to be. Just not a good experience over all.

All Walmarts are not created equal. I was disappointed in this store. It was dirty. Bathrooms were shut down, but there was a lot of aroma emanating from the area. I went to electronics to grab up an HP....no big endeavor. It took awhile to get anyone to talk to me, even though there were multiple people working the department. I asked for a price, but the female associate didn't know -- so I googled it. I said I wanted to buy it...she didn't seem pleased one little bit. I paid for it. She walked off. I had to tear my receipt off. And I guess I'm ok, because I walked out of the store. The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is because they actually had one of the units I was looking for. Very disappointed.

Tonight I had an employee upset with me because they were in a rush to close and wanted me to go to a cashier instead of a self station. I still chose a self station and she was pretty annoyed with me. I won't be coming back to this walmart. Her attitude changed my evening.

I wanna know who the hell is in charge of picking up the phone! Been trying to get ahold of the store for an hour to get through to my boyfriend because of an emergency and either no one picks up or they just end my call. smh.

I have to agree with EVERYONE else leaving my reviews for pickup. You know when they leave something off it's a loss. You can't get a hold of anyone at all. I bought two packages of ground beef. Did not get put with my stuff. And no answer at the store. Pick up is getting so bad I guess I'll have to start going in again. That sucks. Thanks for nothing Walmart

This place is a joke. Zero accountability, responsibility, and customer service is shit. And Penny, whoever she is, needs to be fired. She is in charge of the fabric counter, and I waited for 45 minutes for her to show up. 10 minutes I can handle, 20 minutes is pushing the limits of my patience, but 45 minutes to get a tag for fabric I cut myself cause I was tired of waiting, and still wasn't able to pay for it cause I couldn't wait any longer. What does she actually get paid for? Why does hardly anyone know who she is? Why does no one else know how to get a stupid label for this? This Walmart sucks! Go out of your way to avoid this place, and shop at a different one.

Delivery and Pickup are iffy, at best. Signed up for Walmart Plus because it was supposed to be so much easier. First order was great. Right on time.Second order, no so much. Got a text halfway through my delivery window saying it would be up to 2 hours late. 2 hours later, still nothing. Called customer service - said just wait a bit more. An hour later, still nothing. Even customer service couldn't get the store to answer or give a reason why they wouldn't deliver. Customer service persuaded me to give it one more try instead of cancelling the service.Order number 3... not too bad. A little late, but manageable.Fourth order.... I'll do pickup this time, because I can't risk not getting this one (family coming over for big dinner tomorrow). Got a text at the beginning of the pickup time window - again, up to 2 hours late. Again, customer service says just wait. They can't get in touch with the store either. 3 hours later, I still have no groceries. What I do have is a hold on my debit card for $50 MORE than the expected total amount. Now I have no groceries and no way to buy groceries anywhere else, because Walmart can't be bothered to fulfill an order. Everything customer service tells me is that this is a store issue only. But they could never get anyone from the store to answer or give any explanation. To top it off, now they won't refund the year of Walmart plus that I paid for because I "used the benefits of the membership". I'll be shopping at Kroger or Target if you need me.

Thank you Devon for an excellent customer service! He tested my car battery and I needed a new one but unfortunately it was out of stock. He called two other Walmart stores to see if they have it. He is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate it!

I operate a 501c3 in Fort Worth. On August 13, I visited this store and purchased $529 worth of school supplies to give way to students in schools in the community where our church is located. Well I didn't have my tax exempt card with me so I had to pay taxes on the items I purchased. A manager by the name Mr Abdul told me that that wouldn't be a problem. He said that I could just bring back my receipts and he could rering it and give me tax credit. Well I did return that evening but he had left for the day so I had to see another manager by the name Amy and she said that he violated the rules and that she wasn't going to do that and that I would have to come back when Abdul is there. I went back a second time and Abdul wasn't there again so I spoke to Amy and her supervisor Kenya. Again I was told that they wouldn't do the transaction so I could get my tax exempt refund. Now the packages have been torn apart, therefore I can't return the products for rering without the tax. Morning Star Prayer Center lost $40.33 for not having my tax exempt card or number. I feel that Amy and Kenya made a bad decision because if the packages hadn't been torn apart I would have taken everything back for a full refund. What happened to the days when the customer was always right? I'm here hoping that the CEO read this review . RLE

I did an pick up order I checked in at 2:10 got the notification that my order was picked up. I ended up waiting 25mins until I had to call to see the status. The associate had trouble finding my order even though the status was updated as picked up already. If I hadn't called I would've waited forever because they weren't even getting my order ready to deliver it. Just skimmed over it.

I picked up an order and when I got home the ground beef was missing($19.34). I contacted customer service and got a call back. I was told he would issue a refund which took 7 to 10 days to process. I told him it wasn't my fault they left off part of my order and money was taken as soon as I placed my order. I asked to speak with a supervisor and denied. I said I'll just go to the store and get the ground beef or a refund. I told him not to issue the refund. I asked where he was located and he stated the Phillipines. As soon as I hung up, I got an email stating he processed for a refund for 7 to 10 days. I tried to call the store several times with no answer. It's bad enough inflation as at a high..food..gas..electricity..but businesses find a way to screw over you more for their mistake. It's been numerous times I've had missing items or a bad experience. To hell with Walmart!!
