Worst customer service ever. My bf prescription was sent there on 9/19/23. Went right before closing and was told by the person at the drive up window that it wouldn’t be ready until the next morning. On 9/20/23 around 10am he returned to the pharmacy only to be told that it would be ready at noon. He returned at 2pm and was told that the prescription still wasn’t ready. Please make it make since. This is such bad customer service and we will not ever have our prescriptions filled here again. I gave 1 star only because I wouldn’t be able to leave a review with giving a star.

Came to pick up medication and was in line at the counter at 1:28pm. They close at 1:30pm for lunch and turned us away... We could've been checked out in less than 2 minutes.

I went up there and asked a certified immunization technician at drop off to transfer my medication there and to sign me up for text messages and she didn’t call the other Walmart pharmacy for a transfer or sign me up for text messages. And she was rude and did not want to call when I asked her if she please could, I also specified I wasn’t in a rush to get them the same day that I would go the next day but nothing was ready!

Completely incapable of filling prescriptions in a timely manner, even going as far as lying about contacting doctor's offices for refills. Completely unable to move people through the checkout inside or in the drive-thru. Techs are not knowledgeable and some are outright rude.

Times like today make me wonder why Google does not allow zero stars. A specific pair of two employees - RIMSHA and her coworker of Asian decent Took 13 minutes of my time today to deny me my prescription. I have filled the same prescription at the same location several times using goodRX that applies a discount to my medication and have had no problems ever with this. It should have cost $89.38. It’s on the GoodRx app plain as day- just as it has been several times before. Today however these two associates could not figure out how to apply the good RX discount therefore they told me it was not a legitimate discount and I would need to pay $144.21. They are simply 100% incorrect and in the wrong and causing me to have to cancel my prescription and move it elsewhere. Although this is a huge hassle and drain on my time and energy, I will admit it will save me from having to deal with these in adequate pharmacy technicians ever again. Shame on you Walmart. As a sidenote, I really do not appreciate being treated as though I came upon this discount in some type of shady way. Many people use goodRX and because the associate is poorly trained and does not know her job she should not resort to treating the customer like some type of criminal. The service here today was terrible. - the meds are actually offered at an even lower price elsewhere- I was using Wal Mart out of convenience and loyalty. Learned my lesson.

Professional efficient pharmacy. Not to sound redundant but they actually give the neighborhood feeling by ensuring you have knowledge of the type of medication you're taking. Even when I've had questions about what over-the-counter medication would work best for my symptoms they've been informative & helpful.

I used to pick up my mom orders from there but the pharmacist attitude is so not professional like come on what you got that degree for? All these years of studying and you don’t know how to act professional and being racist as hell! Y’all free to respond to this or giving me the cooperate number to complain

This has got to be one of the worst Walmart pharmacies ever ? I literally was on hold from 8:31pm to 8:59pm And NOT one person came back to the phone. I was told “ um no your prescription is not ready, hold on” The prescription was dropped off since Sunday and 24 hours later it was NOT ready. We’ve been waiting for this blood pressure medication, drove to Walmart 2 times throughout the day because not one soul would pick up the phone to be told the prescription was not ready. The pharmacist is extremely unprofessional!!!! And seemed not to care at all. I will be filing an official complaint BBB. Awful customer service!!! ????

Slowest and worst customer service I have ever received. Just so happens to be the only Walmart that carries my medication and keeps it in stock. That is probably because nobody else wants to come here.
