I went to this Walmart Supercenter today near AT&T Stadium I had a bad experience cuz I went to the restroom in the back because they are always decent just the front ones was always dirty so I had to the one to the back to use the restroom and of course they didn't have no toilet paper and someone sprays Silly String all over the bathroom so when I got done I went to the operation station to let them know and I speak to a couple of ladies and they told me they don't speak English and they do they just don't want to help so I have to go to the electronics department tell a guy who speaks English about the restrooms in the back cuz they were a mess and they need to be cleaned and they need toilet paper so he helped me out but I don't know why every time I go in this Walmart and I don't go in this Walmart all the time because of sometimes they got a lot of issues and a lot of rude people I'd rather go to Walmart further away who respects the people and helps us and these customers out but when you have people don't want to help you say I don't speak English and you speak English very well when you say you don't speak it why are you lying that's not right I'm not cool you just don't want to help people what if if there's an emergency like a fire or someone with a gun or something else and you can't say oh I don't speak English and there's something going on that ain't right and all that so the gentleman at the electronic department toll management and hopefully management will do something about it because this ain't right if you hire people to help people out and you say you don't speak English when you do and you want to lie you should be fired because you don't like the customers I could have been an undercover mystery shopper or something and you would have fell

Walmart Store #5416 Review – 915 East Randall Mill Road, Arlington, Texas (Near AT&T Stadium)
My experience at this Walmart location on April 6, 2025 at approximately 5:05 PM was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional conduct of "Coach" Christopher, the manager of the customer service counter (referred to as a "Coach" at this location, as it is attached to the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium). I attempted to complete a return that I had properly initiated through the Walmart app, providing clear written reasons for each item on the app's interface (opened/tampered products including popcorn, candy, and skewers). Despite following Walmart’s return process—submitting my reasons digitally and arriving in-store as instructed—"Coach" Christopher refused the return, making unfounded assumptions that I was "returning unused party supplies" rather than addressing the legitimate concerns I had documented.
His dismissive attitude, refusal to review the app-submitted return reasons, and overall disrespectful behavior were unacceptable. As a customer, I expect Walmart’s policies to be followed, especially when the app explicitly guides users through the return process. Instead, I was met with hostility and an outright denial of a valid return without justification.
Following this negative interaction, I immediately contacted Walmart Corporate Customer Service (via phone) and filed a formal complaint. The representative, Ashley, was professional and assured me that the issue would be escalated to the store’s management team for investigation. However, the automatic call procedure, prefacing contact with a representative, is clearly designed to discourage customer feedback, reflecting the hostility shown towards paying customers in store. Customer Service Representative Ashley confirmed that I would receive a follow-up call to resolve the matter. I am currently awaiting this response and will be happy to pursue further action if necessary, including escalation to consumer protection services, joining one of the many class action lawsuits against the Walmart corporation, or the Better Business Bureau, should Walmart fail to address this appropriately.
This location’s poor handling of customer concerns—particularly under Customer Service Manager "Coach" Christopher’s supervision—reflects a serious lack of accountability. I have also heard several abuse allegations committed against employees and customers by management at this location (Note: allegations have not been brought forth against "Coach" Christopher at this time, these allegations have been made against ST: 5416 Management in general, but have not been publicly brought towards a member of management by name, as of yet). It's kind of an "open secret" in Arlington, TX that this Walmart has particularly exploitative and abusive management practices.
I caution other shoppers to be wary of this store, especially when dealing with returns, customer service disputes, or interacting with management in any way. Corporate may have helpful (yet intentionally difficult to navigate) policies, but this store’s execution is severely lacking.
I will update this review based on Walmart’s response, but as of now, I cannot recommend this location due to the disrespectful and unprofessional treatment I experienced.

They make up their own rules on returns apparently. Crazy work. They make you go to whatever walmart you originally bought the item from to return it. And nasty attitudes like it comes out of their personal pay check to do a return when it’s brand new has tags still attached and is under 90 day policy. Jenifer “manager” didn’t even want to talk she just came up and stood in silence 😐 cause they know they’re making up policies. Had to drive down the street and they magically took my return (wasn’t even the store I originally bought it from)

It's "Walmart"... they have low prices but have been know to charge more than the marked or advertised price on a lot of items... a whole lot... besides forcing you to "Self Check-Out" by not having enough cashiers on duty... the management at this store is kind of "Rude"... on and on and on... but... they are Walmart... hence the 2 Stars...

The store is fine, it's the customers in this area that make this a horrible experience. My only gripe is the excessive "cub side" pick up parking, near 60 spots are eaten away for parking and not even 1/4 are used for pick up. The parking is so unsafe here I refuse to park that far back.

Fatal experience in car maintenance. Mr. René Coach is the worst, he treats Hispanics very badly, being one, just because he speaks Spanish he wants to come and treat us badly. Terrible experience. We all have problems but we have to leave them at home when we go to work and especially with customer service.

Very disappointed for check out. Their was only one cashier open. Self checkout was for 15 items and less only. With multiple people standing around just on their phone. Took about 30 minutes to get checked out after another registered was opened. I went to ask the lady if she was about to open and she did not respond. I asked again and I got a nod. It's sad that people don't like and don't want to do their job.

Tried to buy a toy for my son but they refused to help us. I went to customer service with the toy and they said they were unable to sell it as it was not in the store. I told them I'm holding it right here and they still said there was nothing they could do. This is the worst walmart we've ever been to!
