Do not do the online pick up at this location you will waste your time and money and the customer service people just give you the run around. Worst experience i could’ve possible had with my first curb side pick up so I’ll stick to target

BEWARE DONT SHOP HERE! Going back to shopping at KROGER - AWFUL EXPERIENCE AT WALMART! RED FLAG WHEN I PULLED IN LOTS OF COPS WERE IN PARKING LOTWITH LIGHTS FLASHING! First time in and was missing 4 small items when I got home yesterday maybe $10 worth of groceries and they had to review cameras while I waited next day. Either left in the buggy or at the register so I had to rebuy it. RUDE EMPLOYEES AND SEEN ONE PUSHING SOME PRODUCE AND A KID WALKED IN FRONT OF THE EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYEE GAVE HIM AN I DARE YOU LOOK AND SHOOK HIS HEAD NO. NO HELP IN THE STORE AND THE ONE EMPLOYEE SMELLED LIKE REFER SO BAD. THEY CANNOT EVEN BE TRUTHFUL ABOUT WHICH AISLE ITEMS ARE LOCATED ON OR JUST HAVE NO CLUE.

I have purchased expired food here twice. The first time was baby yogurt for my son that was expired by weeks. The second time was yesterday when I purchased lunch meat. I went to use it today and the expiration date was 1-17-2025. 2 months ago. This is dangerous health wise and negligent. Each time I’ve gone for an exchange, the customer service person is rude and doesn’t do a proper exchange.

I have been shopping her 2 years and they seem to have not fixed the problem with expired merchandise on the shelf. Last time it was spaghetti sauce. A whole shelf of expired spaghetti sauce. Now it’s broth, vegetables broth and chicken broth. Please if you come here you have to do their job by checking every item you put in your bag for the expiration date. 🤦♀️😟

Sadly North Collins store has some of the rudest unfriendly workers. More importantly it is very important to check expiration dates not only on meats dry goods as well More times than not you'll find meats such as breakfast sausage bacon prepackaged lunch and meats salads are being sold past expiration dates I have brought this to store manager attention as well as corporate on more than a few occasions yet it continues to be a common practice

The customer service of the employees at this Walmart is appalling!!! Plus, they watch you like a hawk as you're checking out like you're going to steal something. FYI - everyone doesn't steal! I felt so uncomfortable buying my groceries today, smh!!!

I live 2 blocks away but prefer to go to the WM next to AT&T stadium. Also, the people that rate this store 4-5 stars don't actually shop here. Those are corporate accounts raising the average. All the 1-2 star reviews are dead on.

The employee named Erika that said she was managing the store is inept and rude. She fails to realize customers needing buggies to shop is far more important than drawing on a dry erase board. Looks like there are multiple reviews-complaints about the same employee. How did Erika get to this position and why is she still there?

I have patronized this store for many years, and it has hit an all time low in service and product. I ordered online groceries for pick up on October 31st. I must say I was disappointed in many of the selected items. My yogurt expired July 17th; the ground beef stated sale by Oct 25th;he chicken was not expired, but spoiled and smelled really bad ..the lettuce was brown.
