I just cancelled my membership I was not allowed to vacuum my car after I washed it yesterday they told me no or to wash it again I thought vacuums were free that just really annoyed me.

My wife got a carwash here last week and they did a good job, but the keys were misplaced and my wife realized she didn't have them when she got home. The staff responded promptly by filing an incident and checking everything over. They took care of us and replaced the keys. Andres and Chuy were wonderful and kind to work with in resolving the issue. Recommend Wash Masters. It it run by good people.

Nooo, wasn't good. Vacuums just part of the services but doesn't work.
